Good experience for IronMan extended week-end

Pros: + breakfast & dinner buffet is very rich and good value for money; the restaurant staff is friendly and makes you feel welcome + good option for the IronMan week-end: bike friendly, early morning breakfast for the competition day

Cons: Few small non-sense policies can actually decrease customer experience, which is really a shame considering the overall hotel potential * asking for payment at check-in - shows an unnecessary lack of trust * refusal to get an extra towel for the pool - absolutely ridiculous \

Pros: Excellent staff; the food in the restaurant was outstanding, as were the waiters! The children’s animator was top-notch. Our whole family came down with an illness, and the young man from reception walked us to the pharmacy and explained our situation to the pharmacist. We enjoyed everything — thank you once again.

Great hotel, great bar and a great race. Shame about the way the local council treat their tourists

Pros: We stayed here for a race and it was right next to the start line. Staff were great on arrival, beds were great. Hotel bar staff were super helpful and pointed us in the direction of a great tapas bar called Can Xena!

Cons: This is nothing to do with the hotel. Be careful with parking, their is no hotel parking and my car was removed by the police despite being parked correctly in a parking space. Poor service from the police, a massive fine and terrible service from the council when trying to complain. Check, double and triple check for signs.

Pros: We very like the staff. Sergi was very nice and helpful and we had a great chat with him. Nahia also very nice girl. My son loved swimming pool and games inside. We could spend a lovely time by the swimming pool. The food was nice. Breakfast vell prepared and we love mango paradise smoothie from the bar:) Cleaning staff did great job too.
