Would highly recommend the hotel!

Pros: Very clean, friendly staff, provided a small gift for a birthday unexpectedly :)

Cons: Although the hotel itself felt safe, outside/ the surrounding area felt unsafe

Very good! Will stay again.

Pros: Great location. Breakfast is very good and the facilities are very well looked after and clean.

Cons: Temperature fluctuates a lot typically getting too hot in the room and front of house areas. Difficult to control the temperature in the room even when selecting on the control panel as actual doesn't represent what is set on the control panel in the room

Pros: The rooms were very good and very modern - lovely big bed. The location of the hotel is very close to the Ramblas and the port. Metro stations are close by. We didnt have breakfast

Cons: There was nothing to dislike. However, we all felt that the Hotel would benefit from a small bar to use at night and tea and coffee machines in the bedrooms

The hotel lived up to its rating, really nice and clean and perfectly located.

Pros: location was perfect, everything was lovely and clean - breakfast was also lovely

Cons: the pool wasnt heated - however in summer I can imagine this is amazing

Pros: Staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. Gave us all,relevant information we needed. Rooms where roomy,clean and have everything you need for your stat. Beds are supervised. Roof terrace with pool was amazing including the sights from the terrace across Barcelona. Breakfast was amazing, plenty to choose from and cooked to perfection. A top class hotel

Pros: Location was excellent, lots of nice restaurants within easy walking distance. Short walk to Las Ramblas and port area. Our room was spacious, clean and beds comfy. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

Great hotel, Cool location and great facilities.

Pros: The location was excellent and within easy walking distance of Las Rambla, Gothic quarter and the harbour. Also the tubes and buses. Staff gave some great recommendations for resturants nad helped buy tickets.

Cons: The shower tray in the bathroom had no grip mat and so could be very slippery when using shower. If you do not have a good balance a nasty fall could be the outcome.

Pros: The room was spacious and clean. Each of us was provided with a complimentary 500ml bottle of water on the first day. The location is convenient, near the train station. The Wi-Fi was fast. Overall, it was a great stay with nothing to complain about.
