Very good

Pros: The location is great. Hotel and rooms are very clean. Since we came with a baby they gave us late checkout. The breakfast is great, but they will serve you same food every day. Little more options would be great. I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

Pros: Everything was fine, the staff were very kind and always ready to help with anything. We stayed with our 6-month-old daughter and had a great time. The breakfast was sufficient and offered a variety of different foods. The location was perfect — everything was 10/10.

Cons: noise through the window facing the street. due to trade fair at Fira the prices were double and too expensive for the qaulity of the hotel quality/size of the room.

Pros: The room was quite spacious, with a nice, large bathroom and a balcony. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised.

Cons: The bed was quite uncomfortable, and the duvet was not inside a cover but placed between two sheets, which significantly affected the quality of my sleep. Unfortunately, the walls are quite thin, and I encountered a couple who started arguing at around 2 a.m. and were very loud. Later, they went out onto the balcony and continued talking loudly.

Pros: We absolutely loved our enormous and extremely comfortable king size bed, soundproof corridors and the room silence in general. The hotel design and lobby are very lovely! The location is amazing with bars, restaurants and supermarkets right nearby. Most of the staff was helpful.

Cons: The hotel is a bit shabby in corridors and bathroom but this was not disturbing - most disturbing were little defects like: No kit in the bathroom No water in the fridge and just 1 welcome bottle (we stayed 4 nights) And a couple of the reception staff imperfections which compromised the experience a bit.
