Great reception staff. Good location for the city.

Pros: The staff at the reception including the door man was really hepfull, carrying and nice. I really appreciated their service.

Cons: There were some construction works around that area, but this is not hotel's fault. I guess these are already done. Generally the location is very good, because it is close to La Rambla and Placa Catalunya.

Excellent

Pros: Room was great, we had a great view on the Plaza but I would expect this, what really surprised me was wonderful staff, from the reception to the restaurant. My girlfriend was sick on our last day and I asked the kitchen for some plain rice which they immediately agreed to bring to our room. When the next day I was expecting to pay during check out they said it was free of charge. I really felt taken care of.

Cons: Nothing, if I have to be absurdly nitpicky the air conditioning in the room was a little bit finicky.

Pros: The location was perfect. The staff were excellent

Cons: There was a lack of any facility for a simple sandwich/tea during the day/evening - only a formal restaurant with a sophisticated menu.

Pros: The service was wounderful. Our first time in Barcelona became a unique experience thanks also to the staff of the hotel. Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the guy at the front office during the night shift. He was excellent. The breakfast was perfect and the rooms were spacious and clean. We were also upgraded for free in a suite.

Cons: The fact that we stayed only two nights 😂

All in all it was ok.

Pros: Location, and staff was great. Breakfast also very good.

Cons: The cleaning of the room was bad. The shower is not convenient and the room itself is ok if you are alone there. But if there are two people, there is no privacy near the toilet and the shower. Another person can see and hear everything you do :)

When i return to Barcelona i will stay there again. The photo is the view from my window.

Pros: I deliberated for a long time in my choice of property because of different price points. Olivia Plaza was cheaper. It was a great choice. The location was fabulous - in that I could turn left for Las Ramblas or right to the main old town walks - so close and central. and it was also sound proofed. The staff were very helpful and immediately responsive. The room and bed was very comfortable.

Cons: There is nothing I didn’t like.
