Pros: The apartment's location and facilities are excellent.

Cons: The main entrance downstairs could not be opened on the first night, but the staff worked tirelessly to resolve the issue.

Pros: The building itself was old, so there were some signs of old age, but the view from the front of Sagrada Familia Cathedral was so good that everything was forgiven. Even if I visit Barcelona again, I will stay in this accommodation. The response from Stay U-nique was very quick and kind. Some facilities were also handled as actively as possible for aging and breakdowns.

Cons: The function of opening the common entrance door as a link did not work well. The elevator was old and narrow, so it took some time to move several people or luggage. But it's just boutique.

Breath taking view in a new appartment

Pros: Breath taking view over Sagrada Familia. We, a family of 3, stayed 5 nights. The apartment looks brand new, except for the shower floor . Windows are double glazed, quiet, but you do hear from time to time motor bikes’ noise passing by. All rooms have air conditioners. It’s on the 5th floor. The lift is old, small and slow, but functional. The building does not seem to have many people going up and down. We also loved the area: good balance of locals and tourists. Several good neighbourhood restaurants, very affordable, good quality food, nice service. If you cook yourself, there are some supermarkets and delicacy shops 2mn on foot.

Cons: There are already salt and pepper provided for cooking. If only we had also some oil and vinegar, it would be great to start off.

Pros: La vista es inmejorable, desayunar con la sagrada familia de fondo es impagable. Muy buena ubicación y buena comunicación con los administradores.

Bilo nam je prijatno!

Pros: Blizina sagrade familije i generalno u blizini imate sve sto vam je potrebno. Nije daleko od centra i znamenitosti, mi smo sve obilazili peske.

Cons: Nije mi se dopalo sto nema patrona za espreso kafu (dolce gusto) takodje nema osnovnih zacina secera, soli, ulja, mislim da to treba da ima svaki apartman. Mali lift u koji udju dve osobe jedva i jako je bucan i spor.

Pros: Все круто! вид из окна - шикарный кондиционеры работают, чисто, хорошо, все что необходимо для кухни - все есть кровати удобные - номера тихие - потому-что только у ливинга вид на Sagrada Familia Кстати - ремонтные работы не были слышны в комнатах Везде вокруг все есть - и магазины и рестораны, и сувениры, близко в Метро

Cons: как предложение - поставить парочку пакетиков чая, пару капсулах для кофе С кофе надо было погуглить какие именно нужны

Pros: 리뷰에서 많이 언급되었던 현관은 문제없이 동작했고 엘레베이터는 낡긴 했지만 5층까지 타고 다니는데 문제 없었습니다. 실내 인테리어는 조화롭고 침구를 포함한 전반적인 청결은 우수 합니다. 묶는 내내 따뜻했고 샤워시 물 온도도 적절했습니다. 또한 가족과 묶으며 음식을 해먹을 수 있는 그릇과 도구도 충분하며 불편함이 전혀 없었습니다. 다른 무엇보다 탄생의 파사드를 눈 바로 앞에 두고 있는 뷰가 있기때문에 그 어떤 사소한 불편함은 전혀 신경쓰이지 않았습니다. 바르셀로나를 다시 오게 되면 꼭 다시 묶고 싶네요. 정말정말 진심으로추천 드립니다. 아침 점심 저녁 밤 새벽 모든 시간에서 사그라다 파밀리아를 충분히 감상하다가 돌아갑니다. 감사합니다.

Once you get into the apartment, everything was great.

Pros: The apartment was beautiful; and the location and view were spectacular.

Cons: Getting into the apartment was difficult because the door code app didn't work and I had to wait for someone to come to bring me a key.
