Great stay, lovely staff, perfect location.

Pros: Our flight was very late and we were welcomed by the wonderful staff, always kind and willing to help. The room was the perfect size for the 3 of us and very clean. From our balcony we could see the entrance of the Boqueria. So the location is great. There is the opportunity to leave your luggage after check-out too. Very positive experience!

Cons: Everything was great.

A comfortable hotel in a wonderful location

Pros: Location was brilliant. The room was comfortable and spacious

Cons: The fittings were old and in need of replacement. Bedside light did not work. Shower rail was about to fall off the wall. The corners of the furniture were all chipped or broken due to wear

A short stay, but comfortable and a pleasant end to my trip to Spain

Pros: Very spacious room. The team on duty were very flexible and able to find an available room for an early check in when I arrived. They were also very helpful with suggestions and advice when I approached them. Fully equipped with a kettle and a coffee machine. Although I did not try it - Room service is available, with a wide selection of food.

Cons: Nothing not to like.

Ideal stay in central Barcelona

Pros: Fabulous location, clean and comfy. Friendly and helpful staff who were super understanding about my lost baggage and helping me work it out with the airline.

Cons: We didn’t leave our aircon on in the day and sorely regretted it. Once we returned home the aircon was weak and would not cool down the room. They did kindly transfer us to a cooler room late at night which was greatly appreciated and accommodating. We left it on from then on and it was perfect.
