Perfect location and lovely staff.

Pros: The location was excellent and the hotel was clean and tidy and very hospitable. The staff were wonderful, full of recommendations, and helpful in every way they could be.

Pros: The location is excellent. The staff are very friendly — I was given the room earlier than the official check-in time, which I really appreciated.

Cons: The room was a bit disappointing and did not look like in the photos. Many things in the room need renovation; it feels quite old, especially the bathroom.

Pros: I liked to be in the middle of les Rambles for a night. Good value for the price in the center of the action. Personal could speak Catalan.

Cons: Honestly, I could not list anything wrong. Of course is in mid-Les Rambles, so if you get easily intimidated at night by a bit of action and neon lights, well maybe it is not your place, but i stayed with my sons and we had fun.

Fantastic stay!

Pros: Loved our stay in May Ramblas Hotel. Clean and pleasant. Convenient location and close to public transport.

Overall good experience

Pros: Very central. Managed to resolve a situation which could have ruined our holiday.

Cons: Ac not working but we were given alternative accommodation in another hotel. We were very satisfied with solution.

Pros: Conveniently located in central Barcelona, not too far from the beach and right in the centre of things pretty much. This was a perfect place for a single or a couple, it was clean, staff were welcoming and able to speak English which helps a lot. Pricing was good for a perfect holiday stop over for a day or two.

Barcelona is incredible and this hotel was just what we needed for a few days break.

Pros: Location was brilliant. Right beside the main street in Las Ramblas, 5 minutes from the market. A subway station right outside. Staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, always smiling and asking about our day etc.

Cons: Nothing.
