Hotel Margot House Barcelona

Beautiful and invigorating to be in a stunning hotel.

Pros: The design, common areas, all the attention to detail. The front of house was very warm and lovely to chat with. Was worried about the key drop off system but it was never an issue.

Cons: Loved the Aesop body care in the showers but would have been nice to have body lotion as well as travellers seldom carry so many liquids.

Pros: Ligging top, goede restaurants in de buurt. Design top, gezellig, comfortabel

Pros: The nicest boutique hotel in one of the main streets Barcelona, and surprisingly quiet though. Our windows were looking right at Casa Battló, so it was quite an experience. We were also impressed by the large choice of books in the hotels’ lounge. And the breakfast was delicious, too.

Cons: That if we would not be lucky enough to get an awesome discount on our stay we probably would miss the opportunity to stay in this boutique hotel.

Feels like home

Pros: Hotel provides home-like feeling, starting from entrance, interior of common spaces and intimacy of service. Great location and attentive staff ready to help any time. Definitely gonna return here!

Cons: All was excellent indeed

Lovely attentive staff. Large room with a comfortable bed

Pros: Staff pleasant friendly and helpful. Bath was lovely. The bed was very comfortable. Fridge available was very useful. Breakfast a little limited for the English taste but great if you like fruit, yogurt and pastries. Scrambled eggs and omelette very tasty. Complimentary water cola and beer a nice touch. Good quality bath towels.

Cons: Difficulty with the security system. A faff getting in each time. Street noise during the night disturbed sleep. Dim lights in the room made reading difficult. Tv only in Spanish not smart so no choice. Netflix etc would have been welcome. We had difficulty getting the room a comfortable warm temperature. Toilet cistern made a continuous dripping noise. Socket next to bed not working (only with an adapter). No kettle in room to make a coffee. No large mugs for the type of coffee we’re used to. Conversation in hallway/reception amplified & could be easily heard behind closed door of room. I struggled to feel relaxed overall. Noise in the building could be intrusive.

Wonderful, spacious laid back accommodation

Pros: Laid back atmosphere in a hotel with a very small number of rooms and a warm welcome from Antonia and Paula

Perfect Choice for a Comfortable Stay

Pros: This hotel is an excellent choice: it offers a fantastic central location right across from Gaudí House, spotless cleanliness, outstanding service, excellent air conditioning, and truly great value for money.

Pros: Friendly staff, great location & beautiful rooms

Amazing place for any type of stay in Barcelona!

Pros: Beautiful place, great vibe, perfectly clean (both rooms and common areas), very nice staff. Great lobby for both chilling and working. Location couldn't be better! We will definitely be coming back!

Cons: No downsides :)

Location! Amazing boutique hotel

Pros: It was boutique and so well located! We got a complimentary upgrade to a larger room facing the street. Beautiful room. The hotel was super clean, modern and accommodated for all your needs. Free mini bar which is always a nice touch and refilled Dailey. Free water etc amenities are julique and beautiful! Loved this hotel. It felt intimate and you walk straight out the door to everything at your feet. It's walking distance to Las ramblas and the Gothic quarter. Don't hesitate to book!
