Pros: We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully arranged, and the location was perfect. I would especially like to praise the receptionist, Miguel, who was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help. He truly made our stay even more enjoyable with his hospitality and positive attitude. We would definitely come back again!

More than 2** hotel in my opinion

Pros: The location of the hotel is very close to many atractions in Barcelona(La Rambla 10 min walk, Sagrada Familia 35 min walk).The rooms we had were in very good condition,newly renovated with lovely,big balcony,the staff from reception very nice and very helpful with us,we were able to check in earlier,just a few minutes waiting. Many thanks to ROMANIAN LADY from reception(sorry for forgetting her name) !!!🤗 She was so kind each time we were looking for help

Great location and friendly staff

Pros: Excellent central location and very friendly staff

Cons: Some of the facilities felt a bit dated or were damaged, for example our room had slightly damaged wall and the bathroom handle was problematic.

We had a very positive stay and would rebook it if we visit Barcelona again.

Pros: This hotel, with a few upgrades, can easily become a 3, even a 4 star hotel. Our room was spacious and very clean with a good sized bathroom. The location is central and the staff are nice and friendly. Alexandra at reception deserves a mention for her friendliness, help and advice. She’s an asset to the hotel.

Cons: There were no kettle , tea/coffee making facilities in the room, which is a pity. Also there was no hair dryer in the bathroom. If they invest in these upgrades, the hotel would surely earn another star for sure.

Pros: Good location, close so bus stops, short walk to lots of must see places. Coffeteria's restaurants convinience shops just next door to hotel. Clean and cozy, not tiny rooms and not small bathrooms. Changing towels everyday. Staff was very helpful, warm and nice.

Cons: Wifi was slow
