Lovely Apartment in Plaza España - Fira Montjuïc

Beautiful apartment, great host

Pros: Very beautiful apartment in an old, charming building. The place is clean, nicely and relatively new decorated, integrating details & elements of former design. Beds super comfy, white and sharp sheets and towels, fully functional kitchen, with everything needed if you want to cook. We also found small attention details when we arrived, as water, Prosecco, coffee capsules in the kitchen. Great comms with host on Booking, very responsive and kind.

Cons: Some things need to be changed, as they spoil the beautiful appearance of the place: the bathroom door & the second bathroom window, one of the black sinks in bathroom, the faucets. A deep clean for the bathrooms might also be an option (scale reasons). The elevator is vintage and nice, but super small, as it is with all these old buildings in larger cities. Although we slept very well, a slight rumor can be felt because of metro underground, but nothing to be scared of :) we had a party in the next apartment on a Saturday, and we could here people like being in the same room 🙃, but apart from that no noise detected. Also, the process of getting the keys was super smooth and quick, but, as the place was not in the same building, maybe a further, closer option can be considered in the future.

Pros: Asukoht. Ilus vaade ja suured aknad elutoas. Korter üldiselt kena kuid veidi kulunud.

Cons: Korter oli veidi jahe ja oleks võinud olla puhtam.

Pros: Super lokalizacja, czysto, dobry kontakt z właścicielem

Cons: Zapach z kanalizacji

Great stay and a great location

Pros: Beautiful place with good size room and a great location

Cons: Bathroom door slid back and wouldnt stay closed. Building vibrated a bit, I guess its over the subway trains. Had to buy paper towels and toilet paper. These are all minor things - otherwise a great place

Thuis gevoel van huis

Pros: Sfeervol ingericht, compleet, voldoende kopjes en dergelijke voor 6 personen, centrale ligging. Fijne bedden

Cons: Een extra haakje in badkamer voor handdoeken zou fijn zijn

Pros: Idéalement situé cet appartement tout confort nous a permis de découvrir Barcelone dans les meilleurs conditions ! Je recommande 👍
