Pros: The location was great. The breakfast selection was small but satisfying. The room was nicely renovated and comfortable. The surrounding area was quieter and felt safer than we expected.

Cons: There was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom in room 113. There were also no facilities in the hotel to really enjoy, and we were not given much information about the hotel services.

Pros: The staff made us feel so comfortable and welcome from the moment we arrived. Great location and a warm atmosphere that makes us want to come back.

Pros: Clean, nice personal, wonderful location, good breakfast

Cons: Little follow up regarding certain things - water machine and when needed toilet paper - called reception - 1 hour later they delivered

Pros: We had a lovely stay at Grand Hotel Havana and truly enjoyed our time there. The hotel was very clean, and the room was comfortable and well maintained. We felt relaxed from the first day, which is very important when traveling. The location is excellent, close to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. Everything we needed was within walking distance, and getting around the city was very easy. The breakfast was good, with fresh options and enough variety to start the day well. We enjoyed having a calm breakfast before heading out to explore Barcelona. The staff were amazing — always friendly, smiling, and helpful. They made us feel welcome and were happy to assist with anything we needed, which really added to our experience.

Pros: Location is perfect Breakfast includes a variety of options for all family members all fresh and clean and tasty, they even serve nice champagne. Stuff was helpful The hotel is quite but in the center

Cons: The parking is very small I crashed the car there 🙃

Pros: 1. The location is very close to transportation sites, key attractions and the market, particularly two casa of Gaudi's work 2. The water filler at each floor is very convenient 3. Most importantly, the staffs are very kind and helpful. I realized that I left one item in the room after I checked out. They told me that they found and passed it to me when we came back. Therefore it is a hotel that I will stay there again if I visit Barcelona.

Cons: It is good for money. The suite is very spacious.
