Very good

Pros: Good location, friendly staff and the room was very nice with all we needed. We got different room than the one we ordered, but the reception staff was so nice and cooperative that all was sort in a few minutes.

Cons: The elevator was really slow.

Great hotel

Pros: Everything was perfect — an excellent, clean hotel in a great location near the Sagrada Familia. Special thanks to the staff for the late check-out, which was extremely helpful due to a medical reason and our late flight
