Good family apartment for fair price
Pros: We went with our family (mum, dad, daughter and two grandmothers) it was amazing that everyone had their own sleeping room. It is close to metro stations, so central can be easily reached. Good price for the value. Supermarket is next to the building so you can easily cook a cheap dinner. I felt safe on the streets, it is a quiet multicultural neighbourhood, we went home usually around 9-10pm. Apartment like other mediterranien flats, has single windows, so you can hear some street noise but given the neighbourhood is quiet, it was okay. Host was friendly but keep in mind he doesnt really speak english, so use very simple phrases and communicate in writing.
Cons: Washing machine could be cleaner, the oven didn't work, few number of windows. There were 3-3 chairs with 1-1 tables in the living room and in the kitchen, so we had to rearrange the setup to be able to sit down together for a dinner, but we managed that easily in the living room.

Good value for money.
Pros: The owner was flexible since it was possible to check in 2 hours before official check-in time. The location is good, only 5 minutes walk from the nearest metro station. The apartment is clean, the furniture is simple but functionally okay for a 4 nights stay. There is a supermarket next door which is very useful.

Pros: The Apartment was amazing. It is spacious enough for 5-6 people. Bonus- They have a jet spray in the toilet! We appreciate that we were allowed to check out a bit late.
Cons: We had to late-check in and it did not go well. Communication and punctuality from hosts could be improved.

Comfortable apartment close to metro lines and supermarket
Pros: The apartment is between the Torrassa and Santa Eulalia metro stations: so easy to reach from the Airport and easy to reach the city center also. The flat is enough for 5, clean and has fully equipped kitchen (+ there is a supermarket in the neighborhood). The host is very friendly and helpful - he was waiting for us in the apartment, and was flexible with the check-in and check-out time.
Cons: The district is not a fancy touristic one, but OK for stay and transport for downtown (by metro and not by foot). The beds are average and adequate for a week stay.

Cons: Ubytování bylo v pohodě. Ale večer neskutečně hlučný. Jak od sousedů tak od cesty

Pros: We stayed for 3 nights as a family of five and had a great experience. The apartment was well-equipped and located in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to the metro. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and overall, everything went perfectly. Highly recommend!

Soggiorno a barcellona
Pros: La posizione, l'appartamento si trova vicino alla fermata della metro e in poche fermate si raggiungono il centro e i principali punti di interesse. C'è l'aria condizionata in due stanze e ci sono molti letti che erano molto comodi. Nella casa abbiamo trovato già tutto: dal bagnoschiuma alla carta igenica e al sapone per i piatti e i condimenti (olio, sale etc.). C'erano anche molte spezie nel mobile della cucina. Il signore che ci ha fatto il check-in é stato molto gentile e ci ha anche permesso di stare fino alle 15:00/16:00 del pomeriggio in quanto non aveva prenotazioni per il giorno della nostra partenza e noi avevamo il volo nel tardo pomeriggio. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo!
Cons: L'unica pecca é stato il livello di pulizia non proprio ottimale. La casa era pulita, anche le lenzuola profumavano di pulito ma abbiamo trovato delle macchie di cibo e un paio di capelli nei piatti quindi per una nostra sicurezza a livello di igene ci siamo messi a pulire da capo tutti i piatti e le stoviglie.

Super séjour très agréable à Barcelone.
Pros: L'hôte était très sympathique et à répondu à toutes nos questions. L'appartement se situe à côté d'une ligne de métro et des lignes de bus, ce qui a grandement facilité nos déplacements. Et enfin la climatisation nous a beaucoup aidés la nuit.
Cons: Ce qui est dommage est que les fenêtres n'ouvrent pas sur les meilleures vues (une sur l'escalier et une sur l'intérieur du bâtiment) et l'appartement ne protège pas énormément du bruit ambiant, le trafic routier en bas et les bruits aux escaliers se font ressentir.
