Pros: I was deeply impressed by the attentiveness of the staff. They went above and beyond by surprising me with a lovely gift for my birthday, which made my stay truly special. Special thanks to the security guard who met us at 4 AM on March 6th with towels because we were soaking wet. I am also grateful for the assistance with storing our luggage after check-out.

Pros: Staff fabulous hotel fabulous just a bit to far from the centre but that's just us but for 10 out of 10 id stay again in a heartbeat fabulous people working here in every department top class

Cons: There is nothing that I didn't like

Pros: We always eat out the whole stay as the reason being our son lives nearby .also our room (802)on this occasion was a big improvement from our last stay and we both liked the bathroom and especially the shower room , And all staff are excellent especially at reception and in the bars really friendly.

Cons: I think you are in the stage of improvements throughout the hotel so I believe you are moving in the right way and don’t need me to say anything.

Great hotel and location, would recommend!

Pros: Really good stay at the hotel. Nice rooms, lovely roof top pool, you have to pay extra for the spa but it was very nice and relaxing. Overall very good facilities and I thought the location was great. Basically next to the metro and train so could get around easily and also get there direct from the airport. Staff friendly and helpful. I would stay again.

A really friendly, well kept hotel in a good location, great value!

Pros: The property itself is very well maintained, clean and staff are very lovely. It has all the facilities you can need in terms of a gastric bar,, vending machines, free fruit water, room service and spa. The room was a really good size, the smell was lovely when you walk into it and they are cleaned daily. All the staff done an amazing job for it to be welcoming. Location is great being near a train line and a metro line. Just a couple of train stops from the Sants train station and very regular metros that are super easy to access the city. It has some great cafes and supermarkets nearby, kebab places and just a 10 minute walk you find more restaurants and more high street style shops. There is a cafe just a couple of doors down that opens at 6am if you need an early morning coffee or breakfast at the weekend.

Cons: So there is not much I didn’t like and I would definitely stay again, however, there were a couple of things I would mention. We stayed in a triple room on the 7th floor, not sure if all rooms are the same but the room isn’t sound proof, you can hear doors closing, the people in the room next door when they were on the louder side or had the tv a little too loud, and when the wind was blowing strong one night you could hear a door knocking in the corridor and the wind a little noisy through the window. They were not major things and ear plugs would sort it if you are a light sleeper but just to be aware of it. The one negative thing I did think, which could have been avoided was that there was some renovation works going on and that is perfectly fine but they started doing some work on a Sunday morning at around 8:30 am, I had to get up anyway but for others that are away and wanting a rest that is a little too early.

Pros: Room was big enough. Hotel and room were clean. Breakfast was a good spread. The staff was helpful. The location was good and close to metro lines.

Cons: At night there were loud noises in the corridor outside our room.

Pros: Very friendly staff. Greatly located. Nice little wellness.

Pros: Great place near public transport, kind personal, quiet rooms

Cons: Ventilator in bathroom out of order, so there was mold in shower and window

Pros: The receptionist was extremely friendly and made me feel very welcome. I appreciate being upgraded to a room with a lovely terrace and view of Barcelona

Cons: I wish that the description was more specific on the fact that the spa is not part of the hotel and must be booked in advance and paid for separately. As I had just checked out from another hotel in Glories with better amenities at the same price point, that was a little disappointing. Other hotel guests partying in the adjacent room/shared terrace until past 1 a.m. on a Wednesday night - not ideal for business travellers.

Wonderful hotel, I recommend it to my friends.

Pros: The hotel is located close to the metro and public transportation. It's easy to reach the city's main attractions. It's a quiet area, away from the crowds. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The bed in the room is very comfortable. Excellent soundproofing. The staff is welcoming.
