Pros: Staff was super nice and the place was very clean and it's in a good location near plaza espainya

Cons: I can't think of anything. The shower was a little on the small size (but very clean)

Pros: The host was very nice and helpful, we even could store our baggage on the last day after check out. There was daily cleening, our toilet was broken, but we arrived late at night, so didn't ask for inmediate repair, but the next day it was fixed, even without asking for it.

Cons: The doors of the balcony couldn't be closed completely, and it was difficult to open and close it

Close to train station, good value for a short stay

Pros: The room was good value for money and close to the train station, which was ideal for arriving into Barcelona late at night via train. It's basic but clean and the staff were helpful.

Cons: We shared a bathroom and that room was quite cramped.

Pros: This was the best hostal I have ever seen in Spain! Since 16 years I visit hostals in Madrid, Barcelona, Alicante and Valencia - and this one was the best one! Why? Because the toilets are VERY CLEAN - the cleaning lady comes every day and is cleaning your room, your sink and all the toilets and showers. And the place is VERY SAFE! The neighburhood is safe too - but you cannot enter just like this. There is 24/7 a person at the hostal who will open the main entrance from the building. And the staff is very nice, friendly.

Cons: The heating was ok but in my room you couldn't adjust the heating system.

Pros: The room was as expected and pictured in the booking. The people working there were amazing and helped us with everything we needed. The location was really convenient with our transfer from and to the airport but also for our daily needs.

Pros: Staff were amazing, checking me in then carrying my very heavy bags up two flights of stairs. I requested another night, they were fully booked, but went out of their way to help me secure another hotel in the vicinity.

Cons: The very steep. narrow stairs!!!
