Very pleasant and comfortable

Pros: Great location with very easy route from airport to the hotel (using Aerobus from airport, it drops you at a stop that is just a few minutes away walking to the hotel). The place was clean with a spacious terrace and sitting area that is very pleasant to have for morning breakfast or sitting outside in the evening - there is a fridge in the room, so you can store drinks to keep cool. All central parts of Barcelona are just 10-15 minutes away walking from the hotel and the area around the hotel has a lot of cafes and bistros that you can go to for great coffee, breakfast, sandwiches, empenadas, tapas, dinner, etc. The receptionists and staff were very friendly and helpful and provided recommendations on other local places to visit.

It was great, I miss Barcelona. I'll definitely come back here!

Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and serviced regularly. Many people complain about the breakfast, but the basics are provided and manageable. :)

Excellent

Pros: Incredible value for money. Great location and very walkable to the centre

Cons: Noise travelled a lot. You could hear clearly conversations from the next room/noise from the check in area.

Better than many hotels at half the price!

Pros: This is the second time I’ve stayed here and I love it. The location is really practical - just a couple of mins walk from the airport bus stop and within walking distance of some many great areas. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the room was great - really clean and comfortable with a smart bathroom. Calling the place “Hostal” undersells it in my view - it’s better than lots of hotels at a terrific price.

Comfortable central location

Pros: The hotel was very clean with comfortable beds, good Wi-Fi, and a large shower. There were sockets by the bedside tables and we appreciated having a kettle and fridge in the room. The terrace was great - especially convenient for smokers. We were able to store our bags before checking in. Friendly staff. Good location for exploring Barcelona’s main sites. Reasonable taxi ride from the cruise port and BCN airport.

Pros: A perfect location near shopping city center promenade, metro and bus stop towards airport, also 1 min walk from the cafe where you can have a breakfast. A very clean and quiet room, easy to find, entrance faces the road.

Quiet & comfy

Pros: Location was brilliant - very quiet but close to city center. No key card just a code.

Cons: The access panel for my door didn’t work the first day (it needed batteries changed but the first receptionist didn’t know so it was only fixed the next day).
