RIUS - Apartments & one Penthouse with private terrace in Montjuic

Lovely stay, responsive & helpful hosts. Very accessible for all parts of Barcelona, would stay here again.

Pros: The apartment was very clean, and light. The location was excellent, very accessible to all the tourist attractions & restaurants. The hosts were incredibly responsive, the check in so incredibly easy & felt reassured that the hosts could be contacted at anytime. 2 bathrooms with showers in both. The bedrooms had black out shutters which were fantastic for sleeping.

Cons: Booking was slightly confusing, we thought we were booking an apartment with a roof garden which obviously we weren’t, we did clarify this before the stay though. The apartment facilities very basic, had to buy a bottle opener. No cafetière. Not huge issues as we weren’t in apartment for long periods. Couldn’t get TV to work & there seemed to be a lamp with no bulb & no plug. €300 disposit quite steep & as flat does have evidence of high use, there was lots of marks that made us quite nervous about getting our deposit back. Although this was returned fairly promptly

Pros: Amazing location with a spectacular view, very comfortable apartment. We will be back for sure! Thank you!

Great stay with amazing views of Montjuic

Pros: The rooftop terrace is amazing, with stunning views looking out over Montjuic. It's located at just a couple of minutes from Plaza España and has supermarkets close by. We travelled with a baby girl and had a cot and baby seat ready at the apartment.

Cons: It's at an 8th floor, but the elevator takes you to the 7th. It's fine and for us it wasn't a problem, but keep this in mind when travelling with heavy luggage or baby stroller. But believe me, it's well worth the views :-)

Lovely place

Pros: Everything is perfect. The apartment is in a very good location, next to the station. The views are amazing for the morning coffee or even if you want to watch the sunsets. The beds are comfy and whole the apartment is very lovely.

Pros: The balcony is awesome, the view over Barcelona is beautiful. We really enjoyed our trip there. The train and bus connections are also good there. The apartment is nice, you have all what you need. I definitely recommend it.

Cons: The downstairs neighbors were perhaps drunk and shouting for 1-2 times. But nothing bad happened 👍

Pros: El apartamento cuenta con lo necesario para una cómoda estancia. El acceso es fácil. El número de habitaciones y camas disponibles es adecuado para un grupo numeroso

Cons: Algunos elementos de la cocina no estaban en buen estado (platos y pocillos con averías, tapa del jabón de la lavadora)

Ático Maravilloso junto a Fuente Mágica

Pros: Para los efectos del viaje, la ubicación era PERFECTA. Muy cerca de la Fira de Montjuic (Plaza España, Fuentes, Museo Nacional, Anillo Olímpico, etc.). La terraza del ático es MARAVILLOSA, con vistas increíbles y cuenta con su zona chill-out como para relajarse y disfrutar de los atardeceres. El piso está totalmente equipado y se pasa uno los días con total comodidad. En la zona, se consigue de todo lo que hace falta para disfrutar de unos días maravillosos.

Cons: La maquinaria del ascensor está junto al servicio / baño y se mete algo de ruido al piso. Puede llegar a molestar si los vecinos llegan o se van durante horas de la madrugada. En la ducha, falta alguna repisa / balda para colocar cosas (champú, jabón, etc.). Nada cómodo tener estas cosas en el suelo mientras te duchas. El mando de la TV, no funciona del todo bien.
