Pros: The self check in with entry codes provided on the day worked perfectly. The room was quite spacious and a hairdryer and a kettle with a range of teas were provided. There was also a coffee machine in reception. The bed was comfortable. The area is very attractive.
Cons: There was no view (just a wall and a little daylight), but I know this is quite common in this area due to the way the buildings are constructed. I received a reminder to check out by 11am on the second night of a three-night stay. I think this reminder should be sent the evening before check out because I then I had to contact the property to make sure they had the correct check-out day.

Pros: The room and the lobby are clean, lobby is well maintained with brochures and all kinds of coffee, tea, etc. The location is super, you are ten minutes walk from almost everything important.
Cons: - The bathroom!!! Just as every other review that I've read, the condition of the bathroom was awful - no ventilation at all, so that the wet air after using the shower could not go away. The only option was to open the door towards the room, but that means the room will get with heavy damp air so my only option for the bathroom was to keep it closed until the morning comes which you can imagine what kind of unpleasant odour causes in the bathroom. After all the bad reviews through the years the management did nothing to improve the situation with bathrooms... - The other bad thing is the size of the room. There is space only for the bed and one desk. You can barely walk beside the bed, which means you have absolutely no spase to put your suitcases and bags and open them (there is only one little space in the so called wardrobe to put one suitcase, but who travels alone with one suitcase?). Besides the tiny size of the room, the size of the TV is hilariously huge, which has no sense. - The absence of reception desk is a huge minus! There is no option for easy communication, you have to contact the other hostel staff, which is a very long dial up automatic call each time before you get to a living person to speak to. The staff assured me before arrival, that any time I need assistance I just have to write them in Whatsapp, but when I needed help indeed, noone answered in WhatsApp ....

Amazing location
Pros: Excellent location, walkable to everything, friendly and helpful reception staff via message app. Cafes downstairs had great food and service.
Cons: The bathroom smelled of blocked pipes and had very slow drainage. The shower floor was covered in slats that looked very difficult to clean properly which probably contributed to the odour.

Pros: Thank you very much, it is a really classy and respectable hotel, and the service, cleanliness, and customer comfort were very excellent. But I wish one thing from you, that the delivery is at 12 o’clock, and also the receipt at 12 o’clock or 2 o’clock, the receipt and delivery are like the rest of the hotels. If you do that, this will be an example of classy hotels.
