Pros: The location was more than perfect. The staff was incredibly helpful. The rooms and the whole hotel was super-clean.

Cons: The room was very clean, but it was pretty dark due to the window facing a small interior area, and the bathroom was also relatively small. However, for a short stay, everything was just fine for me.

Pros: Location is brill. Staff were excellent. If you want anything, just ask (albeit an iron or kettle, pay a deposit and it is yours!!) The place is very clean and the art-work inside in the corridors is fabulous. This is not a 4* hotel but I would rate it as good as many I have stayed in in Europe. The rooms are small (ish) but for two people for 3/4 nights it is just fun. In Barcelona what do you want your room for? To sleep and clean up, sit and maybe do some internet (to find where you should go tomorrow). 3 nights in Barca was not enough for us -- we will be back and have no hesitation in using the same hotel!!

Pros: Wonderful place, the location is superb, safe neighbourhood, a lot of nice places to eat nearby, walking distance from Gothic quarter and Sagrada. The room was clean, the staff very accomodating. Especially Ilaria, she was wonderful, gave us a lot of useful tips and information, and was very welcoming. Totally recommend this place if you want to stay someplace simple but nice and safe.
