comfortable

Pros: the temperature was quite high during our stay, but the room was always air-conditioned and comfortable.

Cons: I don't use WhatsApp so I tried to contact them using the email function on Booking.com but I didn't get a reply.

Budget room suitable for a short stay

Pros: Excellent location just a few minutes by foot from Casa Mila and the lively Passeig de Gracia. The host was very kind and helpful with tips for our stay in Barcelona, thank you Rosa. There were plenty of options for drinks in the common area provided - coffee, tea, cocoa, some sweets plus a small breakfast in a bag for the guests every morning.

Cons: The entire room needs refreshing and replacement of some furniture, which is quite worn out. There is a noticeable smell of dampness and mold in the room and the common area. The noise and dust from the boulevard are terrible, and it’s impossible to sleep with the window open. The lock on the bathroom door was broken, and the door couldn’t close tightly.

Greatly exceeded expections. Incredible stay and recommended to everyone.

Pros: I’ve travelled a lot in my life and I would say that this is one of the best properties I’ve stayed in for the price, location, and mostly flexibility and care to guests. Rosa, the owner, was so accommodating. Every morning she left us a bag full of treats and various items for breakfast (croissant, juices, cookies, etc.). I will recommend this place to anyone who travels to Barcelona.

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: The location was very good, near the sights and the metro station. The landlady was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable, the room well equipped (fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle), breakfasts ok, coffee available 24/7. We were allowed to leave our luggage in the room until our afternoon departure.

Cons: Very high humidity of the air in the room (we had to air the room all the time), lower standard of cleanness.
