Nice little apartment, well equipped and clean

Pros: It is very well outfitted both in furniture and design for three/four people. The design is ‘industrial’ and it was immaculately clean. The company that owns it has many properties in the same building so make sure that you choose the best one for your group. It is quite easy to get into the main tourist areas via Santa Eulalia or Collbanc metro stations. There are 2 great cafes close by and a reasonable sized supermarket near Santa Eulalia station.

Cons: The area isn’t great - I had 2 large men with me so I felt confident but a single woman would possibly not feel confident. It was very noisy at night even though our apartment didn’t face the road. We had barking dogs and yowling cats and a builder who started at 8 am each morning. All this was obviously uncontrollable by the apartment owners, but did affect our sleep.

Fantastic apartment

Pros: Excellent apartment with quality fixtures and fittings. Comfy beds. Spotlessly clean. Everything you could need from a kitchen. This is going to sound odd but the cooking knife being sharp enough to cut a tomato into nice thin slices gives you an idea of the level of attention to detail. Two WiFi points so decent internet throughout.

Cons: Struggling to find negatives. On being dropped off the taxi driver warned us that this was a rough area. It didn't feel especially rough and certainly we had no problems despite often coming home around 3am. The location is perhaps a bit out of the way but it's a quick and easy walk to the metro which takes you directly into town with very regular trains.

The place was just as advertised, though we might choose to stay more centrally next time.

Pros: Though it is not very centrally located the apartment was within a short walk of a metro station, and fairly quiet at night. The place was clean and well equipped. We didn't spend a lot of time in the neighbourhood.

Pros: Very well furnished and equipped apartment at walking distance from the metro station Santa Eulalia. Three bedrooms, a spacious hall and a well equipped kitchen and two balconies.

Cons: Only one towel and napkin per person for seven days wasn't adequate. We also ran out of toilet paper with a day to spare.

Pros: L'appartement est super comme sur les photos. Les lits sont confortables. Le petit balcon est un petit plus

Cons: L'éloignement du centre. Environ 20 minutes en métro. Avec un bébé pas toujours pratique le métro.

Schönes, geräumiges Appartement, gut gelegen

Pros: Sehr gute Lage in Nähe Metro, Supermarkt u. Geschäften. Schönes, großes Appartement mit guter Raumaufteilung und Ausstattung. Möglichkeit late check out gg. Gebühr.

Cons: Hellhörig, nachts oft laut, was aber ob der Bauweise in südlichen Ländern nicht ungewöhnlich ist.

Piso muy lindo y cómodo para ir en familia.

Pros: El lugar es bastante amplio, cuenta con todo lo necesario, estaba limpio, es bonito y muy cerca de la estación del metro L1.

Cons: Había cucarachas...pero nada que una fumigación no pueda resolver y el barrio adonde está ubicado es un poco peligroso, hay que andar con cuidado.

Pros: Fint, stor och fräsch lägenhet. Var smidigt till vår familj.

Cons: Område. Det var ganska stökigt ute.

Super appartement, idéal pour se déplacer dans Barcelone

Pros: L'appartement était à deux pas d'une station de métro, près d'un petit commerce. Propre, tout neuf et bien équipé.

Отличные апартаменты, но страшный район.

Pros: Чистый просторный номер, было идеально для трех человек, но легко поместилось бы пять. Много полотенец, есть средства для уборки и стирки и все остальные бытовые приборы. Недалеко от центра и близко находится станция метро.

Cons: Местоположение в неблагополучном районе, где относительно мало туристов. Было страшно ходить по местности, особенно после 18:00. Если вы как мы три белых девочки, то лучше подобрать другой район.
