Pros: We stayed only one night and there were five of us. The apartment is very small, but for one night it was okay. There is no parking available, contrary to what is stated in the apartment’s listing. We had to pay €9.50 per night, plus additional charges during the day when we went to the apartment, so keep that in mind.
Cons: Nothing to complain about, but it’s important to flag that the parking is paid.

Very comfortable and host make it easy for the guest.
Pros: All amenities are accurate. Host is very responsive and considerate. We have a very pleasant stay here. Definitely will book again in the future.

Cosy flat, nice balcony, excellent location.
Pros: Location is perfect, direct metro to airport and several metro lines to downtown. Nice balcony.
Cons: Checking in took a bit longer than expected as the room was not ready.

Nice apartment in Barcelona
Pros: Good location, 10 minutes walk from the metro station, direct line to airport, very close to supermarket, modern furniture, everything in working condition, there are enough kitchen utensils for cooking, possibility to leave baggage in the apartmetment before check in and after check out, easy communication with owners via whats app and quick responses from owners
Cons: Everything was fine. Maybe it would have been nice to have an iron in the apartment

I came for a congress and had a very quiet and comfortable stay.
Pros: Very comfortable apartment, in a residential area. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Close to the buses and metro. The area around the apartment is a residential area, with supermarkets, bakeries and other shops in walking distance. On the last day, the owner let me leave my luggage at the apartment and pick it up 3 hours later, so I enjoyed some sightseeing without carrying it around.
Cons: I liked everything.

Pros: The flat was clean and smelling. Collection of keys very easy. I would really recommend this flat.
Cons: a tiny minus was the distance of the flat from the centre, but there were several metro stations nearby

Pros: Apart from the location which you cannot reach directly to the apartment by metro (about 10 mins walk from metro), everything is super! The apartment is new and clean, well-decorated and comfortable. Furnitures, bed, pillow, blanket... let say that every equipment are high quality and new. The owner (Ana) got off the limit to accommodate us. We travelled in family with elderly and she allowed us to check in before 16.00 h. We were the first guests of this apartment... there were still something missing but the owner tried her best to arrange everything for us. They even prepare the cloth dryer in the common area which you can wash and dry the cloths. The period we stayed, there was raining everyday, the dryer help us a lot. Also, she allowed us to leave the luggages after checked out because there was raining and we got the afternoon train to Madrid, such a nice and sympathetic owner. We will come back again without doubt.

Pros: Хороший, спокойный район. Недалеко метро. В шаговой доступности магазины. Апартаменты комфортные..... Заселение было в 16.00, как и заявлено . Цена - качество соответствует. Мы ходили везде пешком, так как это была наша цель. Но, на метро можно быстро добраться до всех достопримечательностей. На кухне есть все необходимое для приготовление пищи.
