Barcelona home stay
Pros: It was clean and comfortable was allowed early check in on request, caretakers shared the code on WhatsApp call. A Spanish uncle at the nearby shop arrange taxi for us to airport, waited for us, and made sure that everything was up to Mark until we loaded our luggage and sent of. We are personally grateful to him thanks a lot, thanks to the Spanish spirit.

Pros: The apartment was absolutely fantastic. It was incredibly spacious and felt very comfortable, perfect for our stay. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, which made it easy to prepare meals. We were just a short walk from the metro station, which made easy getting around the city. There are many restaurants and food markets right on our doorstep.
Cons: The apartment itself was great. It was very spacious and clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. However, we were not fond of the neighborhood. While it was conveniently located near the metro station and had some good restaurants and markets, the overall atmosphere and feel of the area were not to our liking. We would recommend this apartment to guests who are not particular about the neighborhood and value a well-maintained space, but others may want to consider this aspect.

Quiet and Safe
Pros: Quiet, and safe apartment. Clean enough. Have 2 bathrooms, and it's really an advantage for big family. The staff was friendly and proactive. Easy checkin and access to the apartment. It is possible to reach all main attractions of Bwtxelona by subway.
Cons: You can face difficulty to park a car around.

Amazing stay
Pros: I can highly recommend this stay. The host was lovely and very helpful. It's close to the tube station and cafes. Plenty of space in the flat with 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus 2 balconies. It was an amazing stay. Thank you

Excelente escolha em Barcelona
Pros: O apartamento estava super novo, limpo e bem organizado, haviam toalhas suficientes para todos e todas as outras comodidades oferecidas, um bônus pelo elevador que facilita muito para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida, foi uma ótima estadia rápida e em uma localização muito boa
Cons: A lavanderia está sempre a ser usada pela senhora da limpeza, o que impede o uso por quem está hospedado

Pros: Acomodação é nova e confortável,com dois banheiros, bom aquecimento e boa mobília, bom comércio ao redor, distante do metro uns 10min andando
Cons: Tivemos um problema de falta de energia no predio porem o serviço de apoio funcionou perfeitamente. Senti falta de de uma lixeira em um dos banheiros, suporte para shampoo no box e uma prateleira ao redor do lavatório para colocar escovas etc. O serviço de limpeza deixa muito a desejar fato que pode ser corrigido, mas o fato nao denigre os pontos positivos da acomodacao. Voltaríamos com certeza.

Buen alojamiento, mala sensación con la gestión.
Pros: El alojamiento está muy bien, todo bastante nuevo y limpio, confortable y amplio.
Cons: Nada más reservar nos quisieron cobrar 50€ más, al parecer por un error de ellos en la tarifa, suelo viajar todas las semanas e igualmente reservar alojamientos, nunca me pasó algo parecido, me pareció que la intención fue.. y si cuela??
