Pros: Location: great. 10 mins to the sea, 30 mins to Sagrada BY FEET. Views: stunning. Sea, Sagrada, Torre Glories (Torre Agbar). It is even hard to leave the terrace sometimes because of the views. Pool: clean, nice, calm, pleasant place to chill. Sometimes even better than the sea, as it is very calm, clean toilets, shower. Very clean territory. Very clean appartments with stunning views from both terraces. Air conditioner was working properly. We really recommend to book the parking if you stay with a car because it is very comfortable to go down with the elevator directly to the parking place. In our case, the personnel solved the issue with kettle immediately, this makes sence. As when everything is ok , it is ok with every host. The real good host proves professionality when a problem is solved within seconds. To sum up, we strongly recommend these appartments.

Pros: Good location walkable to to harbour and la Ramblas and there were local shops and restaurants in walking distance.The pool and play area were a hit with the kids and not to busy.
Cons: The only negative was having to collect the keys from another location which mean additional taxis, also would be better if you could store you luggage within the building.

Comfy spacious place in reasonable location with god surrounding amenities.
Pros: Spacious shared living area. Very easy for 6 people to sit around in kitchen and dinning room. Reasonable location with 20 mins walk to beach and town. Shops, cafes and restaurants close by. Clean and comfortable. Good, prompt communications. Mid-stay clean was great!
Cons: Picking up keys from another location miles away is very annoying. Having a lock-box or leaving with onsite security would be better. I don’t think the other apartment owners like this is part of booking.com, so probably wouldn’t work. You needed a wrist band for the pool - but there is no information about that available and no bands. Only 2 dishwasher tablets and 2 washing machine pouches left for 6 people - but were replaced mid-week when requested. Lifts are noisy and feel as thought they will break down at any moment. One air conditioner - so living space ends up freezing but bedrooms hardly get any air flow.

Best view in Barcelona for sure
Pros: Local is excellent, pool is fantastic, view is stunning.
Cons: I wish the bathrooms had a window which can be opened or a ventilation.

Perfect location, best apartment
Pros: Amazing accommodation. Perfect location to explore Barcelona. Both the beach and the sights were very close. Great restaurants around. The rooms were very clean and the beds were amazing. Honestly the best sleep I had in a long while, I have to get the exact mattress they have. Huge apartment, great view, beautiful kitchen. Both my wife and kids want to live in a similar home now
Cons: The elevator made a constant noise that was very loud in the apartment. The instructions to get into the apartment could be a bit shorter and clearer, sometimes they had outdated info.

Barcellona oltre le aspettative!
Pros: L'appartamento è veramente grande. Molto accessoriato, camere grandi. L'open space sala/cucina è spettacolare e la vista idea essendo situato all'ottavo piano con vista sulla Sagrada Familia da una parte e sul mare dall'altra. Due bagni con doccia molto grande e 4 camere!
Cons: Ho trovato poco comodo dover ritirare le chiavi a oltre 2 km di distanza, per il resto ho trovato tutto veramente ben organizzato

Pros: Wir waren mit 8 Personen in diesem Apartment - die 4 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder ließen auch in der großen Gruppe Privatsphäre zu. Lage und Aussicht sind super, der Stadtstrand sowie die nächste U-Bahnstation leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch zur Sagrada Familia waren wir zu Fuß unterwegs. An der naheliegenden Carrer de Marina findet man Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für ein Frühstück im Apartment oder am Balkon. Wir haben (Ende Okt) auch das Swimmingpool und den Basketballplatz genutzt - sehr fein!
Cons: Die Betreiber sollten noch etwas deutlicher kommunizieren, dass der Schlüssel woanders in Barcelona zu holen ist (1/2h zu Fuß!, 5min mit Taxi). Das hat die Planung der Anfahrt etwas komplizierter gemacht.

Pros: Flot, rummelig og ren lejlighed. Flere dejlige altaner. Super tæt på metrostation. Supermarked i bygningen, tæt på stranden og dejlig pool.
Cons: Det er ubehageligt at sove på plastic-lagner. Hver gang vi satte strygejernet i stikkontakten slog relæet fra. Det er lidt bøvlet at man skal hente nøglen et andet sted i byen, det koster os 25 euro ekstra i taxa. Jeg ville foreslå en nøgleboks. Det er træls med en dobbeltdyne i dobbeltsengen når man rejser som gruppe og ikke som par.
