Nice apartment for groups in Barcelona!

Pros: Everything was organised very well, the apartment is spacious, clean and modern. Not located centrally, but very handy to go around by public transport, and relatively walking distance to Barceloneta, Barrio Gotico, etc.

Cons: Some bathrooms could have been better equipped/maintained, in one there was no shower gel, and shower structure was very fragile. Some of the guests found the beds not great.

Pros: The appartment is big, the access to the building is super easy and the location is amazing

Cons: Some lights were not working, and one of the 3 bathrooms didn't have hot water.

Bonito, limpio, cómodo y céntrico apartamento.

Pros: El alojamiento muy bonito, como muestran las fotos. Las camas muy cómodas, todo muy limpio. Lo mejor, un baño por cada habitación. Fuimos 3 parejas y estuvimos muy cómodos.

Pros: Große schöne Wohnung in guter Lage. Strand und Sehenswürdigkeiten in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Stadtpark direkt vor der Tür. Supermärkte und Café ebenfalls.

Excelente y comodo

Pros: El apartamento es super comodo, tiene 3 habitaciones con sus baños y mucho espacio. En general es perfecto, fue una grata sorpresa.

Cons: Agua caliente se acababa con un solo baño. No había sartenes lo que limitaba el poder cocinar cosas.

schön und gut für 5-6 Personen

Pros: 3 Schlafzimmer mit 3 Bädern, Küche mit kleinem Wohnzimmer, gut ausgestattet. Wohnung sehr gut mit Klima und Heizung ausgestattet. Es liegt im Hochparteere (hoch ) (mit Fahrstuhl EG erreichbar), gut mit Code-Schloss abschließbar. Nähe zum Strand (ca. 1,2km) und U-Bahn (rote (Marina) und gelbe Linie, ca 500 m), ruhig gelegen. Lidl und andere Einkaufsgeschäfte (auch Apotheke ) in der Nähe. Badetücher, Kaffemaschine, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank (sogar mit Begrüßungsgetränken und etwas Süßes). Fast alle Zimmer verfügen über die elektrischen Rolläden. Sehr gutes WLAN!

Cons: Bei 2 Zimmern sind die Betten als Hochbett (ziemlich schwer zu erreichen, mit steilen Treppen-aber super und spannend für größere Kinder), bei einem Zimmer sind 2 Einzelbetten zusammengeschoben, aber unbequem für ein Paar. Das Gebäude ist alt (die Wohnung aber renoviert), es gibt 2 Balkone (zur Straßenseite und Innnehof), aber ohne schönen Ausblick.
