Good family apartment that would need slight maintenance

Pros: It’s in a good location, slightly away from the main town centre so that you can experience some quiet time but also within a walking distance. The property owner provided some spare washing tablets for dishwasher and washing machine that helped us clean our stuff before checking out. The two rooms were just adequate for the family. We already knew that we were taking a gamble to go with a bunk bed in one of the rooms. Luckily, the sofa bed was big enough for one of our child. The facilities in the kitchen was good. We were able to make our breakfast every day.

Cons: The toilet was a bit let down. We entered into a toilet that was left unflushed. There were stains on it as well that never came off. The shower head was unusable while being hung up on the cradle. We had to hold it in our hands while using. We had made the reception aware but it wasn’t considered an emergency issue to be fixed. The stuff are getting older and would probably need a bit of maintenance.

Pros: The apartment was very clean and spacious, which made the stay comfortable and pleasant. The location was excellent, close to everything we needed and well connected to public transport. Overall, a great place to stay and I would definitely recommend it.

Pros: Spacious, well equipped, great location (calm, close to shops and restaurants, close to sea)

Cons: It is getting a bit older, but that is typical for most of the spanish airbnbs and rental appartments

Nice apartment

Pros: Very nice apartment, fully equipped at a pretty good location

Pros: A big apartment with two bedrooms, one living room, big kitchen well equipped and big bathroom. Located close to metro station, shops and restaurants. Access to flat and apartment without keys just code.

Cons: Some refurbishment should be done.

Excellent location. The price was very cheap.

Pros: Perfect location near the beach and all the bus stops you need. Extremely easy to enter the door codes. The host did an amazing job with the communication. Very friendly.

Cons: The only negative was that we found out about the city tax very late. Also we didn't have any way to clen the apartment. The deposit was a little too much.

Our stay was good, and in a nice location. Not noisy or too busy.

Pros: We liked the location as it’s near to the beach and a number of lovely restaurants.

Cons: There was no coffee, tea we had to buy absolutely everything needed. There wasn’t any human interaction it’s all “automated” and you don’t get any interaction.

Spacious apartment on a great location

Pros: Excellent location - 15 minutes from a nice and peaceful Nova Icaria beach. It is possible to rent an umbrella for 15 EUR per day on the beach and have beach-bar staff take care that no strangers are in the area with umbrellas. La Rambla is within the walking distance. Spacious apartment on the fourth floor, very clean. Easy access with smart lock. Central air conditioning is great.

Cons: The furniture is old and the space could be refreshed a bit, especially the matresses.

Pros: The location of the apartment was great - quite close to the beach and not too far from town.

Awesome holiday in Barcelona

Pros: Chic appartement in a quiet residential zone approximately 20 minutes walk from Parc de la Ciutadella and 15 minutes from the beach. We found a good parking near by. The appointment is very comfortable and it made our stay outstanding
