Overall, we had a positive experience and would recommend this place for a short stay with good value for money.

Pros: The accommodation has a great location – close to a Mercado supermarket, several cafés and casual restaurants. The metro station, a larger shopping center, and the National Museum are all within walking distance, which we really appreciated. The apartment itself was spacious and clean – the rooms, living area, kitchen, and bathroom were all in good condition. A big plus was having two toilets – one separate and one in the bathroom with a shower, which was very convenient.

Cons: The only downside was the lack of kitchen essentials – there was no oil, so we had to buy small butter packs just to make simple breakfasts like eggs. There was also only one dishwasher capsule provided. For a short 3-night stay like ours, it was okay, but for a longer stay (6–7 nights), it would be more comfortable to have at least 2–3 dishwasher and laundry capsules available. We ended up washing most dishes by hand.

Pros: Location around 20mins walk from the centre by bulb the metro station and bus stops are 3mins away. Stairs are steep and narrow charming old lift with srl opening doors but it can’t hold more than two people and luggage at a time.

Cons: Communication on arrival time and having someone there to greet. Calling before arrival not easy on US phone without instructions on adding prefix before number, etc Could have been better stocked with necessities-- coffee, sugar, etc. Purchased coffee pods at Mercadona that did not fit into the machine provided. Thus wasted money

Vuelvo 100% nuevamente

Pros: Todo realmente espectacular, a 5 metros de panaderías heladeriasc mercado, fruterías… el depa de lujo, realmente vuelvo sin duda

Pros: Muy lindo el departamento, limpio y amplio. Nos gusto mucho la ubicacion cerca del metro.

Cons: Seria muy util que dejen algunos basicoa en la cocina, como aceite y sal y agarraderas para el horno. Tambien el jabon para la ducha era insuficiente para siquiera un dia de la estancia.

Très bonne expérience

Pros: Appartement joliment décoré et confortable, tout à fait conforme aux photos. Très bon emplacement à deux pas des commerces et du métro. À 20 min à pied de la place de la Catalogne.

Cons: La cuisine pourrait être un peu plus équipée en termes de vaiselle et de plat (il y a suffisamment pour un repas simple mais pas pour cuisiner vraiment). Les deux chambres qui sont sur la cour intérieure sont un peu bruyantes la nuit.

Een echte aanrader als je liever wat uit de drukte van de stad verblijft!

Pros: De locatie was perfect, met de bus ben je zeer snel aan de luchthaven. Veel leuke plekjes op wandelafstand en de metrohalte was gewoon aan de overkant van de straat dus je kon je zeer snel verplaatsen doorheen de stad. We vonden de authentieke lift in het gebouw echt charmant. De kamers waren zeer schoon en alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig.

Cons: Bij aankomst stonden alle chauffages op maximum waardoor het enorm warm was in het gehele verblijf. De kamers die grensden aan de gang hadden wel wat meer last van het lawaai van de lift alsook de deuren in de gang.

Pros: Appartement très bien situé au pied du métro, très agréable et bien équipé. On peut joindre quelqu'un en permanence en cas de problème et la réactivité est très bonne.
