Quality hotel but a little worn.

Pros: Very good breakfast Bath, bidet, toiletries, palm trees, opening window in room. Good selection of tea and coffee in room and kettle. Arm chair and table in room. Lifts to upper floors. Reception spoke English. Free WiFi. Shops across road from entrance. Modern decor. Late check in. Cheerful greeting from cleaning lady in corridor

Cons: Things in room worn. Ants in room.

Pros: Very comfortable and almost near the centre. Good option to see a Barcelona football match because the stadium is very close.

Pros: Comfort, cleanliness, close to Camp Nou and metro stations. City center and airport were easy to reach by metro or bus. Breakfast were really nice and we like the ability to get a fresh omelet.

Cons: At the time of our stay - end of January, beginning of February the rooftop pool was closed - understandable. We wanted to try the spa instead which was one of the reasons why we selected the hotel - out of order. On top of that at the time of our stay they have problem with fire alarm and the system which was a bit annoying.

I had a very nice time, the staff was most pleasant at the reception and in the restaurant.

Pros: Due to a physical inability I was granted a better room. Grateful for this.

Cons: To pay add restaurant bills to hotel bill

Good experience minus an issue at the restaurant

Pros: Huge property, beautiful space in the lobby to sit and relax. The reception was incredibly friendly, and I appreciated the bar man too! I was travelling solo - I felt safe throughout.

Cons: - The restaurant in the hotel messed up my food order - I ordered a chicken burger (and specified it) but instead, I got a beef burger and I don’t eat beef. I was pretty upset because I had eaten 1/4 of the burger before asking as could feel it wasn’t chicken. The restaurant made up for it by giving me a free fruit salad but I had stomach pain later. - My room had a bit of a weird smell in the bathroom and I had to keep the fan on at all times.

Pros: Location is nice, breakfast was decent, room had fridge.

Cons: Room door could use some seals, you really could hear everything going on in the hallway. Also there was some cold air circling the room, in december maybe not the best thing.

Pros: I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was good, comfortable, but not cleaned everyday, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was convenient, making it easy to get camp nou , metro station was 5min away. Overall, it offered great value for the price, and I would happily stay here again.
