Good safe place to stay

Pros: Loved the location, cleanliness and the safety of the place.

Cons: We were a group of 7 ladies and we wanted to chat after our long day of exploring the city. The concierge team kept calling us to keep our voices low even though we did not make much noise and once when they called we were having our dinner. It was a bit annoying but not a deal breaker.

Pros: Location, room equipments and greetings to the hotel was fine 💐

Cons: Daily check ( wc trash bin ) needed

Amazing stay

Pros: We went as group of four guys, we were welcomed very well, Eva and Virginia did a really good job, they were very helpful and friendly , the apartment was really clean, comfortable and in really good location, will definetely cone bacl for sure, top service 👌🏾

Pros: Everything was perfect, location with next to metro station and with a lot of restaurant nearby, room was clean, kitchen had everything we needed. so I would recommend it for sure. And I hope to have opporunity to stay there again. there is also locker to keep luggage if needed.

Cons: The elevator is a catastrophe. We had to use the stairs most of the time, but if you have luggage or a baby carriage, be prepared to wait 15–20 minutes just to go downstairs. I think something really needs to be done about this. The elevator is also very small — it fits a maximum of two people with 2–3 suitcases. Keep this in mind when booking this apartment. Maybe it’s not such a problem later in the day, but in the morning it was a real disaster. Also, the electrical outlets next to the bed were connected to the light switch, so they turned off when the light was turned off. It will be also good to have mirror in the main room or corridor

Good choice for a 4-5 day stay.

Pros: Modern, clean and comfortable apartment. Location is great. There are food stores, cafes and restaurants all around. City centre is not far. Kitchen is well equipped. I particularly appreciated a coffee machine and capsules.

Pros: Great value for money I would definitely stay here again. Clean, comfy and good customer service. Also a great location in the city.

Cons: If I'm being being the lift was a bit slow

Pros: Everything was fabulous! The apartment has everything included to make guests stay like it's their own home. The building is just beside the metro station and there are shops all around.

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: The location was perfect, the staff were amazing and the apartment was splendid. Everything was excellent.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at Erik Vokel suites. Was my son's 2nd visit, will be back again.

Pros: Excellent staff on the front desk. They regularly messaged before our arrival and dealt with an air conditioning problem immediately. All very professional and plan to visit again.

Cons: Slightly complicated sorting the machine door key collection, but worked fine when sorted the details that needed to inputted.

Overall it is a very convinent and lovely apartment for a two weeks home away from home :)

Pros: The location is very convinient and we like the area we are staying, very clean and nice. The apartment itself is very nice. The bedroom has a black out curtain and has good sound proof, our 11 months baby has very good sleep in her baby cot.

Cons: We stayed for more than 2 weeks, so the laundry is very important to us. The washing machine is a bit old school, it takes a long time to use the dryer function in the washing maching, sometimes it runs for a whole day! We try to use the drying rack but there is limited space in the balcony with wooden floor underneath. The lift is also a bit small as well, if you have lots of luggage including a baby pram, it will take you a couple times to move your luggage. There seems no air conditioning in the lobby area, it would be nice to have once so the customer will feel cool when they enter the building.(We stayed in this place in Sep which sometimes is a bit hot and humid)
