It was good.

Pros: We like the zone of the apartment right in the center of the city. It was cleaned good, the room was comfortable.

Cons: From the salon at the night always was noise from outside.

Would definitely stay again.

Pros: We loved our stay here. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The host was friendly, responsive, and gave excellent local recommendations. The location was absolutely perfect, close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. Highly recommend and would gladly return!

Pros: The location is great. The apartment was clean and well organized. The view was beautiful and everything was comfortable and accessible.

Cons: There was a challenge with the building door, but after we talked with the customer service they helped fix it. It would have been helpful if it was possible to call the service via WhatsApp and not only by using a Spanish phone number.

Pros: Location is more than perfect. Clean and new apartment. No noise in apartment although we were on main Street. Beds were comfortable. Nice big dinning table. Kitchen with all basic stuff you need.

Cons: Opening the door via link and all automation can be tricky ar first.

Cons: On arrival it would be good that the way to enter the building is done in a different way because the online app did not function quite well (for us at least). We would like to point out that it is not very transparent or comfortable for guests to be asked to pay a security deposit and then, separately, additional amounts such as the city tax. From a guest’s perspective, it would be much clearer and fairer if all mandatory costs (including city tax) were clearly separated and explained in advance, so there is no confusion regarding what is refundable and what is not. Clear communication about all payments before arrival would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

Amazing location, big spacious and comfortable apartment

Pros: It was overall great! Big spacious, perfect location, comfortable beds, especially the double bed it was huge, it was clean and for this price it was really excellent

Cons: 2 smaller things: One is that the instruction for opening the main door is not clear and arriving around 23:00. The trick is that there is a huuge door within witch a smaller one and if you are pushing the wring, decoration handle nothing will happen. I think a sign on the door saying push here might help. We met 4 different set of people arriving, all failed on entering.. The other is that the white curtain in the main bedroom with the double bed was not fixed on the ceiling properly and as soon as trying to pull it down the whole thing landed on my face because I was standing under. So not fun but the people were kind and caring when I reported

Cons: Kitchen utensils were quite light on.

Location perfect but electronic access difficult.

Pros: Fantastic location. Very central and easy access to metro, restaurants, bars and tourist busses. Apartment was very spacious and clean.

Cons: Access to apartment was electronic which if you don't have a smart phone is impossible, also not great for people that are not tech savvy. We had problems getting in the street door and when we called the 24hr assistance number it went to an answering machine!! Eventually, we sussed it out but the instructions weren't very clear. The description also says that there was a reception area and left luggage. The 'reception' wasn't always manned. Each day different times, which wasnt posted. Fortunately, we didn't need to use him. We needed to leave our cases on our last day which was a Sunday and was given a link for a 'left luggage' shop. Not ideal.

The apartment was spacious and clean Definitely a great place to stay but a bit pricey

Pros: The location was amazing. Right in the heart of las Ramblas. Close to shops and restaurants

Cons: The apartment was not ready on time and we had to wait while the cleaners cleaned the room

Pros: Very roomy apartment, comfortable beds, Great central location. Very secure building and apartment. Excellent communication with host, as they responded very quickly to any questions.

Cons: Both city tax and security deposit had to be submitted before check- in details given. This was first time for me, but was given assistance in the procedure.
