Very good and perfect location.

Pros: Location was perfect for all the tourist sites, bus tour, local bars and restaurants.

Central, spacious apartment

Pros: Central location. Very roomy, great facilities. Good food houses nearby. Very close to the Rambles and hop on hop off buses. Big department store nearby

Cons: Quite noisy very early in the mornings with refuse collectio

Pros: A flat with two bedrooms, a fully equiped large kitchen and a big bathroom. The most fascinating thing was the terrace. The location was also very convenient, right in the city center. Welcoming procedure was also very easy.

Cons: The furniture was fashionable but old so felt a bit depressing.

Wonderfully located and will equipped for a good stay.

Pros: Very centrally located and close to public transport which is wonderful. There’s a lift up to the apartment which is awesome because it’s on the 6th floor and that means that the view is EPIC!! The terrace and sitting room is lovely. Kitchen is well equipped with a coffee maker and laundry facilities.

Cons: The 2nd bedroom is quite small and doesn’t have any windows to the outdoor. Also, the shower is tiny. But the pros far outweigh the cons.

Brilliant apartment in the heart of the city

Pros: Our host Magui was friendly and informative. The apartment was great, top floor with a large terrace. Two good sized bedrooms, a lovely big bathroom and kitchen. There was a large day bed in the hallway so this apartment could comfortably sleep 5. We were only two which made it a bit expensive but couldn't be helped. Comfortable living room with a tv where I could access my Netflix account. Brilliant location, yards from the Placa de Catalunya and several Metro stations I would highly recommend this apartment. High up enough not to be too noisy. And there is a lift!

Pros: Emplacement très central, très pratique pour les visites à pied ou en metro (on peut se garer à l'aéroport pour un côut très raisonnable, (il faut réserver), puis prendre la navette, elle vous dépose à 2 pas) clim réglable et qui fonctionne bien spacieux, grand frigo très efficace, lave vaisselle OK l'ascenseur promis est bien là la terrasse doit être un vrai atout par des températures normales, mais pas en période de canicule... je confirme qu'il y a bien des volets à la chambre, on n'est pas réveillés par la lumière ... mention spéciale : les photos et la description sur Booking correspondent vraiment à cet appartement (un seul appartement pour cette annonce, ce n'est pas toujours le cas)

Cons: -manque de meubles !!! un canapé (penser à y passer l'aspirateur de temps en temps...), mais pas de table basse ; un seul fauteuil ; -chambre principale : pas de table de nuit ... aucun meuble (dans tout l'appartement) pour ranger les vêtements, qui resteront donc dans les valises (une vague penderie derrière le lit, mais insuffisante, encombrée et difficile d'accès) ; 😡😡 2 appliques au-dessus du lit, qui sont une véritable torture car on ne peut pas les éteindre complètement, elles émettent toute la nuit une lumière de veilleuse, il faut se débrouiller à les masquer mais c'est difficile ... à changer absolument !!!!! -2ème chambre noire et ne peut pas être aérée ; en laissant la porte ouverte, ça passe et la clim y fonctionne -des trucs cassés, abîmés, du bric et broc un peu partout, un bon nettoyage par le vide améliorerait l'endroit ; c'est dommage mais pas hyper-grave -au prix payé, on aimerait ne pas avoir à acheter du papier -toilette et du Sopalin ....

Pros: Location great. Loved the terrace. Clean and comfortable.

Cons: Need to buy toilet paper, soap, and detergent. Workman in building start hammering about 930 a.m.

Pros: We were met at the property and given a walk-thru, which was very helpful. The location was excellent. The apartment was immaculate and well-appointed and the terrace view was lovely. The air conditioning was wonderful during the heat wave at the time of our stay. I would gladly stay here again.
