Great location and excellent staff

Pros: The room was very comfortable and clean. The general facilities were good and the staff were excellent.

Cons: The hot tub wasn't really hot, but that is the only criticism I can offer

Nice hotel, lovely staff, amazing breakfasts though gym poor.

Pros: Room a good size, amazing breakfast really super good - especially if you want to eat healthily. Bed a little hard and lumpy for me, great spot to get to all the Ironman events from and an easy walk into the old town or the main square. Staff very helpful, friendly and genuinely seemed to be proud of their Ironman competitors (we were spectators). About 20 minutes from the station, which is worth noting - it was convenient for us. Hard to get to with a late flight though we had to get a taxi. Pool and poolside lovely.

Cons: Only minor things - gym is very very basic - only a few cardio machines and a frame. No weights, but 2 mats and a mirror. Pre stay communications weren't amazing. It's a nice hotel, would have been nice to have some body lotion or similar in the bathroom.

An amazing stay we will return!

Pros: The rooms were great as we're the lovely, friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed the sky bar and delicious cocktails. The breakfast was amazing with so many choices.

Cons: Sometimes, there was a long wait for the lifts. We had no option to use the stairs as my husband is disabled and in a wheel chair.

Pros: Beautiful and clean, and the staff were all brilliant

Cons: Toilet in a very strange place, made me think of a caravan and going into a cupboard for a pee etc.

I would throughly recommend the hotel.

Pros: The hotel was fabulous with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant staff were exceptionally friendly and very good with my children, made us feel very welcome.
