Alcam Plaza Cataluña

Pros: Location is perfect. Apartment is large and has a lot of amenities

Cons: The check in was complicated because the instructions didn't match what had to be done. So we couldn't enter, had to call and wait for almost 30 minutes for sometime to show up. At least for our apartment the host agency should have coordinated with us and not just let the automatic instructions Separately, much of the inventory especially in the kitchen is fairly old and not nicely maintained. E.g. the kettle is full of limescale. Not horrible but generally you'd expect more for the price and based on photos

Perfect location to explore Barcelona

Pros: Excellent location, close to Plaza Catalunya. Spacious apartment with comfortable living area for a family 3 bedrooms with sleeping couches in the living room Fully fitted kitchen, clean linen and welcome packs Adequate heating and air-conditioning in the apartment Managing agents always available on WhatsApp to solve any problems

Cons: Frustrating electronic locks on access doors, didn't always work. Physical keys were difficult to use Bathrooms were adequate, need some updating.

Pros: The link was provided for the digital keys and sometimes it didn't work but emergency keys were in the apartment so it wasn't big problem.

Barcelona break

Pros: Location is excellent, apartment is large and spotlessly clean. Staff are easily contactable and react quickly for any issues. Towels, toiletries, essentials like water, toilet paper, washing up facilities provided.

Cons: Couple of snags, door entry app a great idea but we couldn't get to work. Staff were on site within 20 minutes to help which was great. WiFi wouldn't connect at first. We couldn't work out how to use air con, apartment is large with switches everywhere! But there were also fans provided which were great. Maybe this is because we're not brilliant with tech but may be an idea to leave some instructions in apartment? Overall though pleased with our stay.

Genial

Pros: Genial!!!!para repetir…..había alguna cosilla rota pero me gustó mucho espero poder repetir

Pros: Posizione centralissima. Sotto casa supermercati, pizzeria e ogni genere di cibo. L'appartamento molto spazioso e impostato bene. Noi eravamo in 8 e siamo stati benissimo.
