Well-Equipped Apartment in a Central Area

Pros: The apartment is as described – spacious and well equipped. Key collection is done by picking up a key from a mailbox 100 meters from the apartment, and you check yourself in regardless of how late you arrive. It was easy. The company communicates quickly and professionally, and they resolve urgent issues promptly. For example, our toilet wouldn’t flush, and half an hour after I wrote to them, the problem was fixed. They were even kind enough to refill the coffee capsules, replace the bath mat, etc., while they were there. Several people mention that the apartment is in a dodgy neighborhood. Well… Raval is very centrally located in Barcelona, and that comes with both advantages and disadvantages. We never felt unsafe walking around the area. On the other hand, you are close to La Rambla, the Gothic Quarter, the beach, and all the great tourist attractions in Barcelona. We walked everywhere, and we were traveling with two children aged 5 and 14. We will definitely come back.

Cons: The only downside is the double bed, which squeaks when someone moves, but we managed. I would encourage the company to replace the bed, as it would make a big difference for an apartment that is very well located.

Pros: Très bien placé, au centre de tout, dans un quartier très vivant.

Pros: Localização muito boa que permitiu que fizessemos todos os passeios caminhando pelo bairro. Muitas atividades no bairro.

Cons: O prédio dá uma impressão ruim. Não condiz com o apartamento. O cheiro de comida no prédio tanto de dia quanto a noite não é agradável e pode ter reclamações sobre este aspecto.

Pros: Nastanitev je le kratek sprehod do La Ramble in veliko znamenitosti si je možno ogledati kar peš.

Pros: La amplitud y lo bien equipado que está el piso hace que puedas sentirte a gusto. Todo estaba muy limpio. Mucha luz y sin ruidos.

Cons: La zona es muy insegura, el ambiente de los alrededores no es agradable. Hay bastante delincuencia y hace que te muevas con estrés.

Appartamento ristrutturato, ma si vede dalle scale che è un edificio vecchio

Pros: Appartamento ristrutturato e abbastanza pulito.. facile fare il check in

Cons: La doccia sarebbe da riparare Zona Rambla del Raval vicino al centro ma da stare attenti soprattutto di sera

Barcellona e il Raval

Pros: L'appartamento era pulito, comodo e in un ottima posizione, a 10 Min a piedi dalla Rambla. Appena fuori dal portone c'è un fruttivendolo e un supermercato, inoltre la zona è piena di negozi e ristoranti e bar.

Cons: Essendo un appartamento in uno stabile vecchio, l'ascensore era al piano rialzato, dopo una decina di scalini e anche l'appartamento, una volta arrivati al piano abbiamo comunque fatto una rampa di scale, noi avevamo un passeggino da portare su, capisco la disposizione per via della struttura degli edifici di Barcellona, però era da segnalare e fare presente a chi prenota l'appartamento.

Cons: Etat salle de bain assez vétuste

Pros: Wer es Zentral mag, ist hier genau richtig! Wir haben uns im Haus auch nicht unsicher gefühlt, wie in vorherigen Bewertungen zu lesen war. Kontakt mit Anbieter per Mail war super und unkompliziert.

Cons: Im Schlafzimmer fehlt dringend eine Klimaanlage. Leider konnte man das Fenster nicht öffnen, da man im Schlaf dachte, man isst die ganze Zeit (Essensgerüche). Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt.
