Excelent apartment

Pros: Excelent location nearby tube station and markets; very clean, spacious and comfortable. Two bathrooms are very convenient. Clear check in instructions and beautiful green surroundings, truly worth recommendation :)

Pros: The location is great- close to a metro station. The check-in is easy, the instructions were clear. The apartment is spacious even for 6 people.

Cons: The AC in the bedrooms are not working, apparently they don’t fix the problem for some reason.

Pros: Quite modern apartment that over all lived up to expectations, both regarding location and state of apartment.

Cons: Not totally clean if you looked behind furniture. It was quite clear that it was a while since being renovated, looking at the surfaces of things.

Spacious apartment for a group or family in Barcelona

Pros: The property was clean. We were 5, but a group of 6 adults are definitely fitting nicely. It is near the metro and the bus. Also, it is a 15 minute walk to bouqeria market. The communication with the stay unique team was very flawless.

Cons: The bathrooms are a bit old. There were no shampoos, soap, slippers which we would have greatly appreciate! The area is not the best but it’s easy to arrive everywhere. There are a lot of rules which we abided by,, but the walls are indeed very thin as we could hear our neighbours come and go.

Pros: Nice location, good support (always in a contact)! Coffee machine was broken,but changed immediately. I was completely satisfied with accommodation. Will stay again if come to Barcelona.

Perfect location, great for a family of 6 people

Pros: The apartment has an excellent location, it was easy to reach from the airport by bus and the subway, and as it is almost directly by the subway, we could visit most sights without a problem. There are supermarkts and a bakery near the apartment, so we could get something for breakfast. Some points of interest are even within walking distance. The apartment was really tidy and spacious, with a great view (we saw the Sagrada Familia from our window). Our apartment was on the 5th floor (there is a small elevator), and we didn't hear much of the traffic or the people on the street. The communication with the Stay-U-nique Team was excellent, they've helped us the whole time and replied really quickly to our questions.

Clean but not enough to come again

Pros: I liked that that it was clean and the easy self check-in. The access was good and very close to Rambla

Cons: I did not like the bureaucracy, the fact that we asked for early check-in and it was said it is not possible. Even ig the apartment would have been ready, it was locked until 3pm. No possibility to leave luggage if you arrive before check-in and property mamager did not even try to manage an early check-in even if it's done remotely. There was mold in the bathrooms and the ventilation was not good. If you would have liked to have some fresh air, the window in the bathroom/bedroom was directed in a backyard where people were laughing and talking loud. The facade was under construction and one day there was a man right outside our window paintining the facade from our balcony. So again, no possibility to open the windows. In the last night we were packing and property messaged us that we are doing a lot of noise despite the fact that we were only talking. Did not appreciate the tone of the message either. Considering the price, I would not come again to this property.
