Nice apartment conveniently located within the city!
Pros: The location of the property took me a bit by surprise, but soon I understood that everywhere in that area is just as busy as it was in that street. Once you enter the building, is like entering another world. Simple, yet good taste in decoration makes the difference. The rooms were a bit small, but you don't go to Barcelona and spend it in your room, so no, it did not bother me.
Cons: The garbage dumpster just outside the main entrance door was a minus, but not much you can do about it. The area was busy and noisy, but there was good noise isolation sealing in the windows. Also, the parking nearby was a bit confusing to navigate to and from the apartment. Consider NOT charging extra for arriving after 7pm, particularly since the person in reception was there anyway. It was only 20 extra Euros, but it makes you look cheap... We also didn't like not to find anything for cooking (oil or even the basic...sugar for the coffee!) We bought a few things (there are many supply stores just downstairs and next to the building) that end up leaving in the apartment for the next guests. Consider encouraging this system for other clients so there would be always something for the new guests.

Family holiday in Barcelona
Pros: The location was in walking distance to La Rambla and where we wanted to be and a shoThe apartment was very spacious and hosts were very hospitable.
Cons: The beds in the main bedroom was too soft for me, I do prefer a harder bed.

Pros: Very spacious appartment. Communication was excellent.

Perfect for a group trip away with friends
Pros: The property was fantastic and perfectly located down a lovely street (during the day and early evening) but which was nicely quiet at the end of the night. Manu who hosted us was very helpful and welcoming with some much needed advice. There were snacks, coffee pods and orange juices provided to us which was a nice touch.
Cons: Nothing!

I was happy with our stay.
Pros: Location was good, place was comfortable for the most part. I was glad to be on the top floor. I liked that there was a washer and dryer. The windows blocked the street noise very well. The host had written a very useful guide for us.
Cons: Couch in the living room was a bit dirty. The bathroom really smelled if you left the fan on - it sucked the sewer smell from the drain up into the apartment. The design of the shower is problematic - it is impossible to shower without getting the floor very wet. There was a broken lamp in the second bedroom, but it was not fixed during our stay even though we brought it to Manu's attention.

We will be back, it was perfect for us.
Pros: Central location accessible to most things needed, including an Aldi just around the corner. We got a taxi from outside the airport (el prat) for €30, a bus would have been €6.75 each, well worth paying for especially on a first trip. Take good walking shoes, we did 17,000 steps on one day, easy to do in a beautiful city like Barcelona. If it’s in the hotter months, don’t forget a swimming costume, he beach is good and well worth a visit, we were on it at the end of October and even had a massage.
Cons: It’s noisy outside, but windows shut the noise out excellently and there is air conditioning in the apartment.

Maga az apartman szuper volt, a környezete kevésbbé.
Pros: Minden nagyon szuper volt és elképesztően segítőkészek voltak. Könnyen lehetett megközelíteni a szállást, nem volt hangos és a tetőn még van egy terasz is. 20 méterre találhatók boltok, pékségek.
Cons: Barcelonának nem a legbiztonságosabb környékén helyezkedik el, és az utcán a lakásból kilépve a szagok és a szemét miatt igen csak kellemetlen.
