Pros: Really great apartment in a fabulous location. Plenty of room.
Cons: Had to pick up keys at another location, which was inconvenient. (Clearer information on what floor of the building the office was located also would have helped.) Extra taxes (for linen?!)

Large apartment in excellent location.
Pros: The apartment is very large and well equipped with a washing machine, a toaster, a toaster oven, a kettle and an nescafe coffee machine. The balcony is a very nice place to enjoy a morning coffee while looking out into the busy streets and sidewalk and a great view of the port area. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and once the balcony doors were closed, the apartment was very quiet considering the location. The location was excellent and right at the entrance of the Gothic quarters, a short walk to Barceloneta beach and just across from the port. We also walked to la Rambla and many interesting parks. There are two metro stops just a short walk away. The staff we dealt will responded quickly and professionally.
Cons: Accessing the keys was complicated as we had to either go pick ithem up a 20 minute walk away or wait for someone to meet us after 6:30 in the evening. Also, the tax fee and linen fee was high in my opinion and it was complicated to make the payment since our credit card company needs to send a 2 step verification code which does not work when we are using a different SIM card. We ended up going to a bank, and depositing the amount directly in the account provided. It would be nice to have the option to be able to just leave the cash with the person delivering the keys.

Wonderful apartment
Pros: The apartment is really clean and comfortable. The beds and the pillows are good. We had everything we needed there. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking. There is a coffeemaker, a toaster, an oven, a microwave, a couple of pans and saucepans. The location is great, too. Its good both for beach and the city travel, too.
Cons: The key-system is really inconvenient. Its so complicated. The courier had to bring the keys, because we arrived after 18. I had to call three different numbers to get him.

Great location & value for money
Pros: The location was amazing so close to everthing. Apartment was super spacious & looked exactly like the pictures. Host was very accomadating by allowing us to check in and out earlier & later than the agreed time.
Cons: We had to go to an office about a 20min walk from the actual apartment which was a bit of an inconveniece while lugging around bags. A lockbox would be a good investment.

Nice apartment, big enough for 3 of us.
Pros: The location is not too bad, it is next to the pier, about 15 - 20mins to the beach, to the market and the Plaza Catalunya. Outside is the main and busy street, we thought might be noisy, but when you closed the door, it is ok.
Cons: You need to collect the keys in different location if you arrive before 18:30, it is not convenient as I was travelling with my parents, long walk after collected the keys to the apartment (about 25mins).

Nice and cozy apartment in a perfect location
Pros: The location is wonderful, very close to all the important places that must be visited in a citybreak. Also close to metro and bus. A lot of supermarkets very close. The beds were very comfortable, available balcony with a view to the port ... very appreciated for smokers

Great location and comfy apartment.
Pros: Property was super well located with great view of the marina. Easy walk to all the Gothic quarter attractions. Spacious.
Cons: The entry system using a phone app to open doors was a bit nerve-wracking, especially as one of the doors was a bit temperamental. Kept expecting to get stuck outside, although it never actually happened.

Pros: Apartmán je veľký a vo výbornej lokalite. Blízko pláže aj historického centra.
Cons: Veľmi hlučná stará chladnička, boli sme 4 osoby a v izbe s chladničkou bolo utrpenie spať.
