Colom Apartment 3BR with Balcony & Port Vell Views

Pros: Fabulous location for the waterfront and beach. Very light and airy. Lots of sunshine. Plenty of room to relax in. Even had a goodies basket and wine. Great communication with the owner. Would stay here again, most definitely

Pros: The owner's attention was excellent, George was very helpful and friendly, he gave us very good recommendations where to go to eat and answered all our questions about what to visit in the city, very good professional. The apartment was very spacious, very clean, nice, and with all the comforts and services. Close to the Ramblas and Gothic, well connected to visit the entire city, with public transport and taxi. Very good restaurants nearby. I really liked everything about the apartment. George showed me how everything worked and explained all the house rules. I will definitely come back to Barcelona and this apartment. And I took a taxi right below the apartment for my return trip.

Fabulous location

Pros: Great location, at walking distance from everything that counts in Barcelona. Very near the port. The apartment itself is cozy and beautiful. Lots of exceptional restaurants nearby.

Cons: The entrance and stairway are dated and the old elevator seems to be part of another era. Some corners of the apartment would need refurbish. The plan of the apartment is also strange, with two long hallways meeting in the living room/kitchen area. The bedrooms are at the other ends of the hallways, being totally opposite to one another.

Pros: Super location for both the old city and the marina/beach. The flat is very spacious and comfortable, as well as quiet despite being on a busy street.

Cons: Not a thing! Was initially concerned that the tour bus pick up/drop off point was outside the building but was actually quite fun sitting on the balcony people watching! The cupboard door for the washer needs to be fixed!

A great apartment for 2 couples

Pros: well set-up for 2 couples, with ensuite bedrooms at opposite ends of the apartment and plenty of comfortable furniture in the lounge.

Cons: the noise from the major road out front, but the bedrooms are at the back so quiet.

Pros: Manuel. And David are great. So easy to stay in touch with for recommendations etc. I would definitely stay again!

Pros: Прекрасное расположение! Чудесный вид из окна! Очень новая и уютная квартира в старом городе с видом на море. Много места для всех, очень комфортное постельное белье и удобные кровати. Очень внимательный хозяин, дал нам все нужные советы.

Cons: Очень старый лифт. Не удобная система отопления- например если ночью в спальне хочется спать с приоткрытым окном то отопление через кондиционер выключается во всей квартире. Можно было бы лучше зонировать.

Pros: Beautifully decorated and comfy. bathroom with each bedroom. great location. Walk around corner to be in the heart of Gothic quarter. Taxi accessable. Small grocery store out front door.
