Great Stay

Pros: the location is perfect, everything is at walking disctance. It is in the old city so you have no noise of traffic. In the area you will find small mini markets, cafe's, tapas bars and restaurants. What I liked as well is that the apartment has two seperate zones, so it gives you good privacy.

Cons: The agency is very friendly but I have the idea that it's not very well coordinated. I received a few times whatsapp messages from them with the same questions.Prpbably it was a bit confusing for them while I made two seperate reservations for the same apartment. Attention SCAM ALERT; After my check-in I received a whatsapp message asking me to wire Eur 175 to a certain bank account as a guarantee payment which would be transferred back to me after check-out and exam of the apartment. I checked where the message came from and that was India and the bank account in Bulgaria. Of course I didn't pay as I immediateley understood that this was a scam! I did fwd the message to the agency and they replied telling me not to pay which of course I understood, and they will sort it out. They never came back to me with an explanantion, probably because they don't know either. I also did sent this to customer service of Booking but they didn't reply at all. There are here two possibilities; Or someone of the agency is involved because in the message I received my name and the correct reservation details were mentioned or the server of Booking has been hacked. In my opinion this is a very serious matter but neither the agency or booking finds itr apparently not that important as both of them didn't come back to me.

We really enjoyed our stay!

Pros: The flat is as seen on the photos.. comfortable and every detail is provided for a peaceful stay..The staff is great and very helpful..

Cons: No use of terrace in winter months as it is not furnished or covered for winter time use

Pros: Excellent location to visit Barcelona. We were a group of 7 with 3 kids and the apartment was perfect size for us.

Cons: We've had some issues with heating and hot water not being available for shower.

Pros: Awesome location, great forniture inside the apartment and the balcony at the sixth floor is nice

Cons: I wished for a bigger elevator and the possibility to unlock the entrance at the ground inside the apartment without having to go downstairs

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at this property in Barcelona! The location couldn't be better – close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport, yet tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing local tips and making check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. It really made a difference in our experience. The accommodation itself clean and very comfortable, with plenty of space for our two families. Everything we needed was provided, making it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommended for families looking for a safe, convenient, and enjoyable place to stay in Barcelona. We'd definitely come back!

great locatioin

Pros: The location is great and the apartment is roomy and well fitted out. The front rooms were airy and enabled a good view of the gothic quarter below.

Cons: The rooms were dark (little natural light and this was to be expected give its location, but this wasnt compensated for with lighting). The towels were worn and need to be updated, the sink was blocked and very slow to drain and need some maintenance. The neighbor was very noisy however after one night the property manager spoke with them and it was no longer an issue. These were mainly small issues that can be rectified with some attention to the details.

Perfectly located modern apartment

Pros: The property was very spacious and well decorated. It was located perfectly, both close to the beach and city centre.

Pros: Modern, clean, very comfortable beds, we had an issue with our washing machine that was dealt with quickly which was very much appreciated. Excellent check in and helpful staff.
