I had a very good time in this historic building.

Pros: The space is smartly designed, eficient and very comfortable. It is situated on a very beautiful street with lots of restaurants, there is one bakery right in front of the building. It has a lot of charm.

We really enjoy our stay in the studio.

Pros: The study was clean and well contained. The location of the study was in a really nice place (Gothic Quarter) which is very lively and near a lot of turistic places.

Cons: The bathroom was too small but it was clean and in good working order.

Pros: Location. Facilities (fridge, conditioner, stove, teapot, kitchenware)

Cons: Just because we can't speak Spanish and use mostly English abroad it would be nice to have a paper with all the regulations about check in/staying in/check out processes. We got a lot of messages from hostess, which made no sense to us because of quite ambiguous writing. She was very helpful and kind, but still most of communication can be avoided with a list of instructions in English.

Pros: Great location. Kind host! Balcony had a fun view. Clean.

Cons: Could be a tiny bit noisy at night, and communication before check is was a tiny bit confusing.

Pros: Excellent location, right in the center of Barcelona. You can reach everything by foot or bus and metro only 10 minutes away. Apartment has everything you need and if you want you can cook yourself a meal. Clean and tidy.

Cons: Could be a bit noisy at night, but it was not a problem.

Pros: location was perfect, in the gothic area. easy walk to the beach, harbour, and las Ramblas. clean and comfortable.
