Great stay in the heart of the Gothic Quarter !

Pros: Great stay in the heart of the Gothic Quarter! The apartment is perfectly located near Basílica de Santa Maria del Pi. Our host met us in person, making the check-in process very easy, and shared helpful local recommendations. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including free Wi-Fi. The terrace is a fantastic feature—while it was too chilly for us to use this time, it’s perfect for families with children. Highly recommended!

Well positioned well appointed apartment makes for a very comfortable family visit to this vibrant city.

Pros: Extremely comfortable apartment living for a family trip. The apartment was well appointed and spacious. The location meant we could comfortably walk or access public transportation to easily move around Barcelona. Instructions for access were easy to follow.

Spacious, clean and convenient!

Pros: The apartment is beautifully renovated, spacious, well-appointed and exceptionally clean. Excellent amenities (washer/dryer with soap, dishwasher coffee maker with coffee, kettle, salt, pepper etc.) The host has thought of everything! The location is convenient with restaurants and cafes in the immediate area. The host is friendly, helpful and responsive. I would stay here every time!

Cons: Could use new towels and a dish sponge but this obviously did not detract from a wonderful stay.

A great apartment in a great city

Pros: A very nice spacious and centrally located apartment looking out to a square. This allowed sunshine in the apartment in the mornings. Jeff provided an address very near the property along with transfer details from the airport the day prior and met us at the arranged time. His recommended restaurants that we tried were very good. Had a problem with the AC which was fixed very quickly. Highly recommend.

Cons: Beds are quite hard and a few tea towels would be handy.

Over all a nice stay!

Pros: The host provided excellent assistance, and the location is highly convenient, with the metro station just a three-minute walk away. This makes it an ideal spot, especially for families needing easy access. There are plenty of nearby dining options, and the apartment itself is super clean with comfortable beds.

Cons: The host didn't disclose the exact location, so we met them at a nearby landmark. They then escorted us to the property, which was just a three-minute walk away. Their explanation for not sharing property details beforehand was due to security concerns regarding theft. However, this reasoning seemed questionable to me, given that they do provide this information to guests who have booked through trusted platforms. Although the apartment we received was nice, it wasn't the one we had booked. During the booking process, you'll typically encounter various property images, but upon confirmation, you may see specific apartment visuals that don't match the unit provided. This could be due to the property having multiple apartments and allocating them based on availability but it is not pleasent when you have paid for a specific unit and receive something else.

Pros: very attentive staff, good location. very clean, comfortable apartment.

Pros: Host contacted me a few days before and gave good instructions on how to get there by public transport. Met us nearby and took us to apartment to run through appliances etc. Location was very convenient and apartment very comfortable, spacious and stylish.

Cons: As we were staying five days, some washing machine powder would have been appreciated and an extra dishwasher tablet.

Pros: Location is perfect. And apartment was very spacious and clean.
