Nice place just where you want it

Pros: Super location on the edge of the Old Town, near the Cathedral. Decent size, warm and comfy enough. Host was lovely! Free WiFi was reliable, though had to hop onto various networks depending on which room you are in. Complimentary coffee :D

Cons: Just felt a bit pricey for a good - but not exceptional - apartment: maybe that's Barcelona. Couldn't find instructions for the oven.

Walking distance from so many attractions including the beach

Pros: The location was spot on. The apartment was also roomy, clean and a joy to spend time in.

Pros: Excellent location in the gothic area. Very close to metro. Apartment had everything we needed

Pros: Location was vey central, and nearest metro was 100m away.

Cons: Conversely, the location did mean it was noisy until very late t night. Not too bad with the windows closed, but impossible to have them cracked open for fresh air. Also, a lot of steps to the 3rd floor apartment. If you have issues with steps, they do have apartments on lower floors.

Great location for exploring Barcelona

The perfect first-time stay in Barcelona

Pros: Loved the location, the green doors and the amenities (olive oil, salt, hairdryer, washing machine…). We walked everywhere - the best shopping areas, food, sights, bus stations, metro and even Sagrada Familia is within walking distance. We were two girls and never felt unsafe.

Cons: The pillows were a bit hard and the staircase super narrow when you move in with your suitcases, but we managed. The neighbourhood is quite noisy at night and may disturb light sleepers, but worth it for the location!

Fantastic location

Pros: The location was amazing, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and sights. The apartment was very clean, and the bed was comfortable, but pillows were too hard for us.

Cons: Unless you are a party animal and don't go to bed at a normal time, this apartment may not be suitable as it is very noisy from 10pm to 3am.

Pros: The location of the house was perfect. The host was very energetic and helpful. The house had everything you might need inside.

Cons: The stairs are difficult to climb with a suitcase. The beds are not very comfortable, but its ok.

Lovely little apartment in the perfect location. It had everything we needed and some extras!

Pros: The location is perfect for exploring the city, right in the middle of the beautiful little streets, and close enough to basically everything, including the beach!

Cons: Despite being there in the middle of summer, I would have liked an actual blanket on the bed rather than just a thin sheet. And having to carry our luggage up the steep, narrow staircase to the 5th floor was hard work, but not sure anything can be done about that.
