Perfect apartment in an excellent location

Pros: The property was in an excellent location. All facilities were as described. There was plenty of hot water. The accommodation was very comfortable. The host was on hand via telephone for any issues.

Cons: There was a slight damp smell in the master bathroom and bedroom. But no signs of damp or mould anywhere. I think maybe it is an old building?

Pros: Lage perfekt Wohnung hübsch, toller Stil sehr sauber

Cons: Küchenausstattung gerade eben ausreichend, aber eigentlich zu dürftig - insbesondere Besteck, Kaffeemaschine mit Wackelkontakt Betten sehr hart und eher unbequem, Dachterasse super, aber nicht gut nutzbar, da zwar ein paar Stühle vorhanden sind, aber keinerlei Beschattung und auch einen vernünftiger Tisch fehlt

Would happily stay there again, it was a great property and nicely setup.

Pros: Fantastic location, and the property was extremely spacious and well setup. Having 3 bathrooms was really nice, and all the furniture and bedding were high quality and comfortable. Easy to get into and out of. Would be really nice for a longer stay.

Cons: Was a little difficult getting ahold of the property owner as we approached Barcelona, causing some concern. However, they later explained they were having phone problems - so is not a big deal and all worked out well in the end.

Pros: Wonderful apartment with lots of natural sunlight and comfortable central large room.

Cons: No insulation so can hear everything from the street

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral, mitten in der Altstadt. Viele Restaurants direkt vor der Haustür.

Cons: Abends etwas laut. Dachterrasse könnte verschönert werden. Kein Schattenplatz und altes Mobiliar Fenster sind schwer zu schliessen

Pros: Great location and lots of room for 6 people. It was clean and nicely decorated.

Cons: The stairs were a lot but there is a small elevator

Erg leuk verblijf!

Pros: Fantastisch ingericht appartement. Ruime keuken en dakterras. In het centrum van Barcelona.

Cons: De lift is een keer vastgelopen, waardoor er service moest komen om ons eruit te halen. Ook waren de trappen naar het appartement niet helemaal gelijk.
