Good value for money, however the apartment needs some maintenance

Pros: Great location, value for money and easy communication with the host. He is very responsive and helped me a lot.

Cons: Everything written in the comments is true. The apartment needs some better maintenance. So comments like issues with AC and smell from the sink are correct, but is not something that you cant live with. It is a matter of what you are looking for.

Quite nice for the price

Pros: Had exactly what we needed, comfortable beds and air con worked well enough. Good location, near a bunch of nice restaurants. Host was easy to communicate with, overall very good.

Pros: - The location is really great for sightseeing - the apartment was comfortable and spacious for our group of 11 people - 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and quite big kitchen and dining room with sofa as common space. - Contact with apartment manager was good and efficient - A lot of restaurants and bars around to eat and hang out - Great tarasse

Cons: - the apartment is pretty worn off and old but still comfortable. The photos are not accurate. - Unfortunately it was not really clean and there was no broom or vacuum cleaner to clean up ourselves. - There is no oven in kitchen - just stove and microvawe - so it is enough for breakfast only. - there is a big building construction works right next to the building. The works start between 7-8 and finish in the afternoon. Not a big problem if you go out visit the city during the day but sleeping late will be difficult. - we realized in late evening that one bedsheet was missing and one bed lining was not fresh - it was exchanged next day few hours after we reported it

Pros: Good location in the center of Barcelona Modern and large flat

Bardzo udany pobyt w Barcelonie!

Pros: Lokalizacja, piękne mieszkanie, dobrze wyposażone, mega wygodne łóżka. Świetny kontakt z gospodarzem.

Cons: Impreza na dole w sobotę w nocy! Nie dało się spać - jakiś klub nocny czy inna cholera. Do bladego świtu tańce, muzyka, bardzo głośni ludzie. W łazience odczucie było takie jakbyśmy byli na imprezie z nimi. Poza tym nie mam żadnych uwag.

Pros: Tetszett az apartman elosztása, tágas nappalival.

Cons: Nehezen indult el és gyenge volt a légkondi, télen voltunk, így az első nap fáztunk. A konyha felszereltsége is hiányos, a mikro nem működött. A fürdőszoba padlója nagyon elavult, kopott.

Comoda

Pros: La ubicacion era ideal, las habitaciones excelentes, comodo y con todo lo esencial para pasar la estancia.

Cons: No me gusto el baño, me parece que era bastante mejorable, y por poner alguna pega echamos en falta un horno.
