Pros: We spent a few nights in this apartment in January during our visit to Barcelona after almost 20 years, and it turned out to be a wonderful choice. I was not expecting anything exceptional — I simply hoped the apartment would meet our needs. Instead, we found a place that was comfortable, practical, very clean, and perfectly located. What made the stay even more special was Martin, who welcomed us warmly, explained everything clearly, and shared many useful tips for our visit. Everything felt easy and friendly from the very beginning. Nothing we asked for was ever a problem. We asked whether we could leave our luggage before check-in, and instead we were kindly allowed to check in earlier. We also wanted to leave a little later, and that was not a problem either. I always appreciate staying in a place that is owned or managed directly by local people, and this was exactly that. When we return to Barcelona, we will definitely choose this place again.

Cons: One more set of keys coyld be useful. But we did not ask for that.

Pros: Everything was excellent. In particular, the kitchen utensils were well organized and mostly complete. The condition of the dishes was also very good, which allowed us to cook and enjoy a variety of meals. The cleanliness was also excellent. Everything was well organized, just like at home.

Great apartment, great host, in a central location.

Pros: The spacious and clean apartment was centrally located and close to public transport. The host Martin was very generous and helpful. We would highly recommend.

A host who helped us make the most of Barcelona!

Pros: Our host, Martin, was amazing. He was very flexible and understanding about our delay and still met us at the apartment which was spacious, beautiful and had everything you want including a great coffee machine. In particular Martin's kindness, knowledge and enthusiasm about the city meant we made the most of everything and had a great time.

Perfect location specially for family with small kids

Pros: Perfect location specially for family with small kids. Sorrounfed by good restaurants and in the center of Sagrada Familia, Casa Mila, Casa Batlo. Walking distance in the shopping area

Perfect! Couldn't fault it!

Pros: Martin was fantastic and helped make this family holiday an unforgettable experience. From before we even got there, he made himself available for any questions we may have to get the most from our stay, enabled us to have an earlier check-in time so we didn't have to hang round once we arrived from the airport, and provided us with lots of great tips for where to eat and how to get around throughout the stay. The place itself was perfect for a family stay, was nice and clean, had some personal touches to welcome us (including a bottle of wine) and is so well located to see all the sights as well as explore Gracia and venture into Old Town. Would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone else!

A perfect Barcelona stay.

Pros: Martin was gold, gave us the insights we needed to really experience Barcelona. The location couldn’t be better, it’s so central. And the property is brilliant.
