Pros: For that price it was a nice apartment. 2 minutes walk from metro L3 - Diagonal. The street was silent. The apartment was clean and the equipment of the apartment was sufficient. (P.s. The staff were helpful. We were in Barcelona during the April blackout and staff waited for us and gave us more water and candle for light.) I definitely recommend this accommodation.
Cons: We had issues with some sockets, because they didn't work. But there were still plenty of functional sockets. A little bit of dust on the floor, but otherwise it was clean.

Best apartment in Barcelona! (For 3 people)
Pros: I wholeheartedly recommend staying here! The location is spectacular, the apartment is new and fully equipped with everything, but it has a very cozy and comfortable vibe. The staff was very sweet and helpful. I have only compliments for this place and its staff.

Pleasant stay
Pros: What I liked is the absolutely amazing location, a pretty well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, a cozy living room, and even a TV. Everything was great, and checking in was super easy and convenient.
Cons: I don't like that it's not the most modern place, the floor is slightly coming apart, and the socket is in terrible condition. That's it.

Pros: The location was spectacular, very close to nice tapas joints and bars as well as fantastic bakeries. The apartment was super cosy and spacious with enough space to live comfortably with two people
Cons: Only issue I had was lack of kitchen tea towels as I enjoy my home cooking every now and then but other than that no huge issue

Overall I liked everything and can recommend it.
Pros: Good location, within walking distance to attractions and transport. The apartment is large, 3 bedrooms and one living room with 3 single beds and one double, the beds are comfortable. In the living room there is a sofa, a large dining table and a TV. The Internet was available all the time, the speed was normal. The kitchen is small, but with everything you need, there was also a kettle, microwave and coffee maker.
Cons: It was very noisy at night due to the garbage trucks. The first night I hardly slept due to the noise. The following nights, I adapted and the noise practically did not interfere with sleep. But this is a problem not only of this house and city, but of the old center as a whole.

Great location and amazing staff
Pros: Location was fantastic, everything’s close, excellent choice of places to eat just literally on the doorstep. Also staff were absolutely amazing: we have arrived few hours before our check in time, and as advised we left the luggage in the office - to walk about before we can check in, the staff member chased after us as far as few streets away to say that we can check in early because the apartment was already ready! I think this was amazing!
Cons: Could be cleaner to be fair and place would need a little update, but this did not take away from overall experience.

Pros: The location was excellent, everything can be done on foot, grocery stores are nearby, the apartment is located near the main street. The apartment was small, but everything you need to cook breakfast and dinner. It was very useful that you could check in during the night without extra payment. The bonus is the terrace which can be enjoyed in warm weather, we will definitely come back. Thank you! P.S. the pictures were taken before we left ;)
