ApartEasy - Central Gracia Apartments

Pros: Great location! A small box of local chocolates was really a lovely Christmas touch! Rooms are spacious. One of the rooms has not outside window, but it was fine as it was only used for sleeping. Love the floors!

Cons: Shower is really small and tight, also be careful when turning on the water as it leak out if the door isn't fully closed. Lack of natural light in the living room.

Pros: Centrally located - good access to supermarkets, panederia and bars/restaurants

OK

Pros: It's in a good location, and you can stay for three days in Barcelona. The intern from the University of Bath deserved a bonus. She was very welcoming.

Cons: You could hear everything from the neighbors.

Great location

Pros: Great location! The apartment is dated/old, but it's still very centrally and conveniently located and the facilities are maintained enough that our stay was pleasant. It's not a fancy place, but the beds were comfy, all the utilities we needed (bathroom, kitchen with fridge and stove, even an AC for the hot summer nights!) were there and working smoothly, the apartment was freshly cleaned when we arrived, check in was super easy and great (and they were so accommodating to let us check in early!), and the value for money overall! :)

we were very happy with the apartment, especially the host, air conditioning and power shower

Pros: the apartment was lovely and quiet the air conditioning was FANTASTIC the shower was very powerful

Cons: The shower leaked

Perfect location. Perfect apartment

Pros: The apartment was perfectly located. Very clean and in a safe area. The checking in to checking out process was very easy with friendly staff who provided an emergency number if needed. I cannot recommend enough.

Cons: Nothing. It was all good. I have no complaints.

Pros: The location is great and the owner was very friendly! The building is old, but they renovated the apartment and it's in good condition. It had air conditioning! That was the best part!

Cons: The people on the street were very loud and the windows are very very old. I slept by a window in the small individual bed and I kept waking up all night because of the noise.

Great place.

Pros: Amazing location for first time visitors. Nice decoration / interior design. Air conditioner working well.

Cons: Air conditioner was making some extra noise.

Excellent apartment & location and neighbourhood

Pros: Excellent location, close to everything you want to see in Barcelona and 5 min walk to Metro. Gracia is a lovely safe neighbourhood. Apartment was spacious & has everything you need. The building itself is noisy, but everywhere is noisy in Spain, so just bring earplugs. No complaints about the apartment or service - would stay again

Cons: Noisy building but that’s because it’s old. Nothing you can do about it - just wear earplugs :)

Great location and easy entrance

Pros: The location is great, neer casa Milá, the metro is around the corner and many stores which work 24 hours. The kitchen is very well equipped, bathroom too. I liked the terasse eventhou it is without view. We used stairs, but there is an elevator too. The bedroom has a double bed and cooler,, there is an air-conditioner in the living room too but is not needed if all windowes are opened

Cons: Livingroom is pretty narrow, but we did not use it anyway, except for sleeping.
