A Gem

Pros: The place was super clean, location is very near the bus stop and a safe neighbourhood. What more to ask for?! Oh and the owner was super friendly too.

Nice place to stay for a long time with famaly!

Pros: Everything was perfect ! ( There is no good noise isolation , but as I know, it is in every old building.) They have housekeeper - and it was a very nice surprise!

It was perfect

Pros: Location: tourist friendly, close to the metro and central streets, quiet street at night, lots of shops, bars, cafes nearby. Host: friendly, helpful. It was said we could contact any time for 24 hours a day. We did not do it at night but when we contacted, the response was immediate. Apartment: warm, clean, comfortable, with all the amenities we needed during our 12-day stay. Very comfortable sleeping places, not only beds but sofa as well.

Cons: The hood above the stove does not work. (It does not affect the overall score at all)

Great apartment in Garcia

Pros: A great apartment in a great position. We enjoyed our few days and loved that it was so close to restaurants etc. Garcia is a great area to stay. Our host was there to meet us and give us advice about the area.

Cons: We would have liked wine glasses as opposed to tumblers but this was a minor concern.

Pros: The location was very good. Plenty of places to eat nearby. The metro was only about a 10 min walk away & buses were close by also.

Pros: Very well located apartment, close to the metro L3 in very nice neighborhood. The apartment is big and comfortable for 4 people.

Cons: Unfortunately, noise could be heard from neighboring apartments.

Pros: Nice little apartment for a family of 5. Neighbourhood was tremendous for being walkable and close to main attractions.

Cons: Pull out sofa not the most comfortable. Tiny lift for only one person and it’s 5 flights up but nothing can be done about that.

Lovely apartment in a great area

Pros: Everything! We stayed here with our 18-month-old and it was perfect. He loved the little balcony, and the cot provided was great. The location is ideal (except for taxi-ing to the airport on the weekend if they start closing the roads!). Gracia is a really nice, family-friendly neighbourhood that's easy to walk around in and explore.

Cons: Apartment is up several flights of a narrow staricase. There is a lift but it's tiny (basically for one person and one bag) and it starts from the 1st floor. So it can be a little challenging if you have multiple bags, a stroller, etc. but better than nothing!
