Cons: Main entrance not always easy to open. Less coffee caps than the number of people of our group, and slow reaction from the staff.

Great place for bigger group
Pros: We have chosen that apartment for weekend with family in Barcelona. Spacious, clean and comfortable flat in good location. Living room with big table and couch (not super comfy but it is not a royal bed but only a couch), 3 bedrooms (one without window), two bathroom and good equipped kitchen with everything for preparing meals. Close to metro station, in walking distance to Sagrada Familia and Park Güell. We had a trouble with heating system but host help us very quickly.
Cons: Everything was good.

Pros: Very convenient not far from the grocery and shopping center
Cons: Just the middle room its too small and no air coming in. But its not a problem, we slept in the living room.

Great value for money
Pros: The Stay Unique team were very attentive with sending information and details through which was really appreciated. The apartment was big and spacious and felt like great value for money!
Cons: The check-in system wasn't foolproof and we needed to call to check in. Keys in a lock box felt like it would have been a simpler option!

Amplio, bueno y bien ubicado.
Pros: La ubicación excelente, los espacios del apartamento muy cómodos, la cocina moderna, iluminada y amplia, con bastante disponibilidad de electrodomésticos diversos, suficientes y de muy buena calidad, puedo decir que todo en la cocina perfecto. Me encantó la cafetera. Ah, y el detalle de dejarnos cápsulas de café ns resultó \
Cons: La persiana de la habitación del fondo no funcionó, entraba mucha luz de noche y de dia para dormir. La ducha de uno de los baños se caía de su sitio al aumentar la presión del agua. Pequeña fuga de agua por una esquina de la manpara del primer baño, que causa inconveniente al bajarse de la bañera, podemos resbalar. Algunos detalles de pintura y cerramiento de las puertas de los baños y fijar mejor el lavamanos. Son pocas cosas. Todo esto se puede solucionar con muy poca inversión pero que ayuda a tener una mejor estancia.

Pros: Location and how big it is. And that they gave me 2 pair of keys! That’s useful.
Cons: Sime things are old, like windows, the shower 🚿 thing. And the door, you couldn’t lock it, so we had to leave it without lock, only closed.

Buena opcion de alojamiento en Gracia
Pros: El piso es muy grande, luminoso, ventilado y muy bien ubicado en el barrio de Gracia. Bien equipado para cocinar y limpiar. Muy buena opcion de alojamiento.
Cons: Una de las habitaciones es interna. La cama de la habitacion principal no es muy comoda. Las instrucciones para ingresar eran confusas pero lo resolvimos en pocos minutos.

świetna lokalizacja. Idealne dla dwóch rodzin.
Pros: Lokalizacja - dwie stacje metra w odległości 5min spacerem. Tuż przy wejściu do mieszkania wspaniała piekarnia. Dwie łazienki, co jest niezwykle wygodne w wersji wyjazdu 2 rodzin.
Cons: Mieszkanie bardzo wygodne, ale nie zaszkodziłby remont i odświeżenie.
