Pros: Perfect Barcelona location with lovely balcony overlooking the friendly square. We were treated to best view of a live singing concert! Modest but comfortable accommodations. Lucas was very welcoming and helpful.

Cons: There is half flight of steep spiral stairs. Not a problem for us, but perhaps for others. Hot in bedrooms at night. Electric fans would help.
